Modern updated condo w/ bamboo hardwoods, new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, high ceilings, gas fireplace w/ floor to ceiling tile. Beautifully furnished w/ 3 bedrooms (please note bunk bed has a pull out trundle underneath) 2 bathrooms plus a ski closet & washer/dryer. Nespresso machine & starter assortment of pods are provided. Please note operating days & hours of the community hot tub are subject to change due to seasonality (closed spring/fall) & weather by Elkhorn staffing.

This luxury condo has top-of-the line furnishings, new king bed, spacious deck, full kitchen, in-unit W/D, parking and it’s steps from the bike path, the Wood River and Sun Valley gondola. It’s just a few blocks from town, with a pool (summer) /hot tub (non-summer) and direct Mountain Views. Secure parking. Service/emotional support animals welcome with a cleaning fee if needed. We can provide a roll away single bed for a linen fee.

Beautiful Baldy View-Cottonwoods-Resort Access

Updated top floor condo is a few minutes walk from the historic Sun Valley Resort. Fantastic view of Baldy ski/bike mountain and surrounding mountain from the inside of the condo as well as the deck. 2 bath (hard to find) 1 bedroom with King bed and also a Murphy Queen bed in common area. Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, there is not an elevator so please be comfortable climbing stairs :)
