Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Cyclades

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

We were received by Konstantina's husband, Steve who was very kind to welcome us despite our very late arrival. The place was very well furnished, the bedding comfortable. Despite her absence, Konstantina was very responsive by message and Steve was there to advise us. He offered us some very good fruit and a confectionery from the island of Chios. We will keep fond memories of this home and these two lovely hosts. If we go back to Athens we will surely go back to Konstantina and Steve's! I recommend 100%!

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

I highly recommend this listing for anyone thinking of staying in Alaçatı for either a long or short duration and want privacy and vicinity to activities at the same time. The house is very clean and well-kept. The only thing to remember is that parking spaces in the area are limited. Still, a must consider for any holiday in the town.

Very good place to stay. 100m from the beach. Very clean, comfortable. A lot of space. There I found everything I needed and even more. Communication was very easy, fast answers on all questions. Melina is very nice and hospitable. I would definitely recommend it.

Staying at Eleni’s Airbnb was one of the best parts of our trip to Greece! The apartment easily accommodated our large group of 12 people—something that’s not easy to find in a city. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group of our size. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to two metro stations, with tons of great restaurants, cafes, and shops right nearby. What really made this stay exceptional, though, was Eleni. She’s easily one of the most helpful and attentive hosts I’ve ever encountered. She responded to every question quickly and offered so many helpful suggestions—everything from restaurants and attractions to bars and local tips. Her recommendations helped us experience Athens like locals. I would give her 6 stars if I could! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone—especially families or large groups looking for a comfortable, well-located home base in Athens. Thank you, Eleni!

The host is extremely helpful and very friendly. They shared food and welcome drinks. It was cleaned up everyday and the accommodation is super homey. We definitely recommend it and would come back here!

This place was perfect for what we needed - a place to catch some zzz’s after a day of travel on ferries back from islands and before an early morning flight. It is walkable to the metro station that is only 2 stops away from the airport. We got into the place around 10 PM and were happy to find a fast food place that was open to get some late night gyros. In the morning, we passed several bakeries for breakfast on the way to the metro. The place was spotless and very spacious. It also has a huge back door deck. Overall, great stay! Thanks! Would recommend this to anyone needing a place for one night before or after traveling to/from the airport with early or late hours.

I initially spent one month at Nikos’ place but I later decided to prolong my stay of another month. The apartment was clean, new, modern, and well furnished. Nikos was a great host, nice and always responsive. The apartment is close to the metro station of Neos Kosmos but one can walk and reach Koukaki in 15 minutes and the acropolis museum in 20 minutes by foot. It is also surrounded by many supermarkets like lidl. Highly recommended.

the host was super responsive as we get it after sudden flight cancellation and I did the reservation on last minute. Despite we checked in suddenly, the proporty was very clean and ready the host ass understanding and cooperative. the aparment furniture is good quality and the office is perfect as we had to work from the apartment remotely. the Internet connection was good and the parking under the building is very safe and convenient. and trasportation is well connecting to Athens. I recommend it.

Maria's apartment is wonderful. The Acropolis looked very beautiful and the view was amazing. The house has a large terrace, is spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It is close to the metro and the city center. The neighborhood is quiet with many restaurants and shops. Maria is very nice, helpful and friendly. I would happily stay again and definitely recommend it.

Beautiful three night stay at Apanomeria Boutique Residence with Soritis end of October 2024. Fantastic communication with Soritis, helpful information appreciated throughout our vacation, journey! Lovely surroundings, warm spa Pool and hot shower. Lovely clean homely Apartment. Plentiful places to sit and relax. Walking distance to Sunset, restaurants and bars. We hired a ATV and drove to beaches on other side of Santorini. Beautiful bakeries across the island! This is in a great location if you want to be able to walk to all the must-visit places in Athens. Stella was very communicative and makes it easy for a flexible check-in time. We really appreciated her help with arranging for us to have a driver back to the airport as well. Wish there was a screen-door to the patio so we could let the fresh air into the house without letting bugs in, but that was minor as we didn’t spend too much time at the place since we were out and about most of the trip.

Eventhough my visit to Athens started awfully, an angel , Ms.Rouli, made it incredible and amusing. There is nothing to say about cleanliness, rooms, hospitality, location of home. Whenever you see this house as available, try to catch it. Five Stars and Plus. thanks so much.

Georgia was really helpful and nice during my stay at the airBnB. She was proactive in asking about how the stay was going and provided everything I needed. She was flexible with the check-in and check-out process. The apartment looked great and had plenty of space. Overall perfect accommodation.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

Excellent stay, we enjoyed Athens so much more than we imagined. The apartment is very spacious, clean and in a great quiet area, yet only 5-10 minutes walk from everything you want. Ioannis was a great host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend staying here.
