Holiday rentals with a patio in Cyprus

I had a lovely stay! Nikolay and Olga are wonderful hosts, always available to provider useful Infos! The apartment Is amazing, very clean, equipped with good facilities, excellent complex in a quote area with a wonderful swimming pool!

We stayed at Ocean Wings apartment for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience. Julia and Jody were excellent hosts – we were met on arrival, shown around the apartment, and made to feel very welcome. The apartment itself was lovely, spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect for us – we couldn’t have asked for more. Would love to return one day!

Everything was perfect, the apartment is cozy clean and has anything you might need for your staying and the balcony is a big plus. The apartment is exactly located in a middle distance from the 2 important sites of the city, 15minutes walking north untill finikoudes and 15minutes walking south untill mackenzie. The neighborhood is calm, just a few minutes walking to the beach, petros supermarket is 2 streets away and there are many authentic restaurants nearby. Last but not least, the owners are very kind, fast responding and helpfull. The checkin and checkout were smooth and easy to do. I highly recomand this apartment 🥰👍

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. Such a beautiful place with a great location, the host allowed us to check our very late cuz our flight was at 7PM, we really appreciate that. we loved the place lot felt like home, we will definitely come back again.

beautifully renovated apartment, spotlessly clean, extremely helpful hosts. washing machine and airer/drying rack on balcony were great appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival, as well as bread, butter, jam and water - a thoughtful touch which meant i didn't have to head out to the supermarket straight away convenience store 2 mins walk away, full supermarket 10 minutes walk close to archaeological sites, eateries/bars and waterfront - all in walkabout distance. I was especially grateful when host helped me out with a phone call in Greek when I needed assistance. Full marks for this stay. highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Susan's place in Kalavasos. The property is located in a lovely village with some very nice restaurants and great walks right from the front door. Plus the fact that the property itself is extremely peaceful and private whilst still being in the centre of the village. We really enjoyed making use of the hot tub and the welcome pack was highly appreciated. Susan was a great host, super responsive and gave some great recommendations, thanks Susan!

A lovely villa in the perfect location. Great pool area. 2 Mins to walk to the beach and then able to access coastal path that takes you to Protaras and Paralimni. Lots of local restaurants and shops…. But so close to Protaras! We had a fab time. There were only two of us but nice and spacious for families :-) Marios was very helpful and responsive when needed ! Thank you

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential complex, just 1 minute's walk from the beach. The house is beautiful, well maintained and furnished with love. There is nothing missing: quiet air conditioning, Tupperware, adapters, plenty of towels and even beach accessories such as loungers, umbrellas and diving goggles. Outside, there's a faucet and an entrance directly into the bathroom - super convenient after the beach. The airport is 10 minutes, supermarkets 10–15 min. away. Yes, you can hear planes - especially at the beginning - but it hardly bothers you, and over time we even found it nice. We were there at the end of May, almost alone in the complex - fantastically quiet. The bed was comfortable, and a topper was available on request. The beach is shallow, with few waves - ideal for swimming. And host Stavros? Warm, attentive, always available – and the full fridge on arrival was the icing on the cake. We stayed in this twin villa for a day and we were very pleased! The 🌅 terrace view is truly magnificent! It was wonderful to watch the sea view from above. It was very enjoyable to drink coffee on the balcony, especially in the morning. 🛏️ the sheets were clean, everything was prepared in advance. 🧼 Towels, soap and everything needed was available. The 🌬️ air conditioning was working — this was very important in the hot climate. A delicious and satisfying breakfast was waiting for us in the🍳 morning, which was a really nice detail. It was very enjoyable to watch movies🎬 in the evening with home cinema - the sound system was great. 🪞 The interior decoration was carefully thought out — small and interesting details (for example, a small skeleton figure) and icons added warmth and character to the house. 👤 The host was very kind, helpful and caring. He helped with the welcome, answered our questions immediately and made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend it to those who seek🌟 silence, peace and a beautiful atmosphere!

Cozy large accommodation in an area near Paphos by car. very convenient parking right in front of the entrance. In the kitchen there were all the necessities and the two bedrooms were very large with comfortable double beds. the balcony had a very nice view. and there was good communication. I would recommend it.

We stayed here with a group of 11 friends and had an amazing time! The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for a large group. Great location, close to everything we needed, and the host was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again – highly recommended!

The apartment was perfect for my stay. It was exactly as described and is very centrally located. It had everything that I needed and given it's great location it was prefect to walk everywhere and relax. Sylvia was a great communicator, and the apartment was available 3 hours earlier than the normal check in time. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return and use this apartment again. We've had a lovely stay at Angela's beach front flat. The view of the sunset from the terrace was stunning. The swimming pools were right in front of our door and very large (good for swimming) and had a stunning view of the sea. Cyprus is quite small, so it's easy and quick to get to different beaches and historic sites. Whenever we needed something, Angela was right there to assist us! Thank you ! :) The Northern part of Cyprus is very beautiful, towards Girne there are a lot of new developments being built.

This is the best Airbnb in Cyprus I ever been to magnificent view. Spotless place. Got everything you need. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended. I give it 5 stars. Thank you very much for hosting me. Had excellent time.

The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.
