We had a great stay at Lukas’s place! The house is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean — it really has a feel-good atmosphere. The location is peaceful, right by a beautiful lake, and still close enough to Prague if you feel like a trip to the city. Lukas was a fantastic host — super friendly, communicative, and always helpful. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 days and were completely satisfied. The house was beautifully clean, modernly equipped, and we didn't miss anything. We were most excited about the view, which was really amazing and contributed to the overall relaxed atmosphere of the stay. The property is very nicely located and offers plenty of space for a large group. The house has been lovingly restored and you feel very comfortable. The quiet and undisturbed location is very nice. Behind the house is the castle park and a hiking trail, as well as a beer garden with playground in summer. Highly recommended for families.

We felt right at home! We enjoyed everything provided: board games, weight room, sauna, etc. We had plenty of room for a family of 4 - very spacious! Jennifer was a great host! She was very responsive and hospitable. Highly recommend!

We were there over Easter with 2 families (9 people) and felt very comfortable. The house is really very spacious and offers a lot of space, so you can also retreat. We have often used the sauna in the basement, works perfectly. There is a small fee to pay for this. In one of the bedrooms there is an additional infrared cabin:-) It is a good hiking area. Hiking maps are available in the tourist information in the village. We recommend the signposted path to the waterfall of the Schwarzen Desse and then on to the reservoir. The only drawback: the house is right on the street, but that's how it is in the listing. All in all a very successful holiday and a great house. Thanks, Zbynek, for the pleasant communication!

Great villa to visit. Very close to airport and not too far from central

This place exceeded our expectations ! We were extremely satisfied. The house is fully equipped as if you were at home. Everything is clean, beautiful, and fine-tuned to the last detail. The price is higher , but it matches the quality. Thank you!

There were seven of us in the house, there was nothing missing, very good location, quiet and with beautiful views. We would mist definitely visit again.

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. A very beautiful, high-standard villa perfect for a relaxing getaway, peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and surrounded by nature. It's an ideal base for scenic drives to local attractions and hiking spots, offering both tranquility and adventure. The check-in process is very smooth, and Jindy is always quick to help if you need anything.

I was there for relaxation and sports! The area is simply wonderful. An oasis of tranquility that also offers a great mountain bike network of extensive tours in the forest to the single trail in Telc.

Quite a spacious house and is very well equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen as well as linen. Great host, very responsive and supportive by providing valuable tips as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is totally recommended!!

A beautiful place to stay in the middle of nature, forests, and hills. In the evening, we watched the stars, amazing silence and peace - total romance. We made the most of the crystal clear pool. The house is spacious, we didn't miss anything. It was very nice inside on hot summer days. The owners were happy to provide us with all the information and were very kind. Highly recommend!

Very Beautiful Home!

We were 7 in the climbing area of Bor (near Machov, Czech Republic) and stayed at the accommodation very inexpensive and comfortable, very great! The hosts live not far away in a house and have communicated very nicely with us. There was wood for heating at your disposal, which was pleasant. However, not all radiators in the rooms worked, which was a bit unfavorable when falling asleep. In addition, we were told that the amount of electricity included in the price is limited, which we perceived as something uncomfortable, as we did not know if such as the infrared sauna can be used free of charge. We knew that towels and kitchen towels are not included, which was not a problem but also no advantage. All in all a great stay and we would definitely visit the place again if we vacation in the area again.
