We had a nice time here. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. He even went out of his way to give us our shoes back when we left them. There is a big space and the outdoor area is wonderful.

This property is absolutely beautiful! Food was simply delicious, each meal was fresh & flavourful . Everything was perfect from start to finish. This villa is a top notch getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and gave us a true home-like feeling. I visited with my family, including kids, and we all felt at ease from the moment we arrived. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel like part of their family. They genuinely cared about our well-being, guiding us whenever we went out and ensuring we had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful—not just as a host, but more like a friend—suggesting the best places to visit in the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the food! Basir’s cooking was simply magical. We tried one meal outside but missed his delicious food, so we decided to have all our meals at the house instead. If you have Basir in the kitchen, I highly recommend enjoying the home-cooked meals—especially his Kashmiri dishes, which he prepares to perfection! A big thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We are lucky to have one more family in Kashmir now.

We had a very comfortable stay. Host welcomed us with kawa and snacks. He was very kind and responsive with anything that was needed. It was more like a home. Rooms were clean,pretty and spacious with attached bathrooms. Located in a scenic and peaceful place. Breakfast was tasty as well. Home cooked! 10/10. Definitely recommended and would visit again.

We had an incredible family stay at this beautiful villa! The serene setting, spacious rooms, and fun play area with table tennis and cricket kept everyone entertained, especially the kids. The private pool and peaceful garden were perfect for relaxation. The food was exceptional—delicious and thoughtfully prepared. A special mention to Tahir, Iqbal, Anzar, and Rashid for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and made us feel right at home. A perfect getaway for families!

Cook : Ilayath was a great cook and he makes whatever you need and is very tasteful houseKeeping : Junaid keeps the house clean and ensures to keep the place pristine clean as needed.

The environment is serenely peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As a writer, I found this tranquil setting ideal for concentrating on my book; the quiet was only ever pleasantly interrupted by the gentle sounds of nature that surround the property. Aamir and Julia went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, always attentive without being intrusive. The space itself is comfortable and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that enhance the stay—cozy furnishings, beautiful views and quietness. Kashmir Home was the perfect place for my retreat.

a wonderful open view on the lake and the mountains. No traffic around!! it's a private enclave, which is wonderful. Breakfast and dinner are served for a reasonable price.

Beautiful big property surrounded by hills .We really enjoyed our mornings at the lawn and evenings at the balcony . In house dinner when we reached ended up being surprisingly delicious ! Overall a comfortable and refreshing stay hosted by Dr Bashir who is a very reliable and honest host !
