Second bedroom on lower level recently renovated as of June 1st 2024. Whether you’re in town to visit your family and friends, or to go biking or skiing at The Sugarloaf mountain, our home is at a great location. We are also on the snowmobile trail. A cozy studio with kitchenette to relax and unwind in after a long day, whether you are here for hockey (1 minute drive to civic center), skiing or extreme mountain biking (8 minutes to Sugarloaf park), or for work at the hospital (4 minutes), the beautiful Restigouche River or any of Campbellton’s beautiful attractions. This unit is on the ground floor. A pay washer and dryer are located upstairs. There is one queen bed in the unit and one pull out couch. One parking space is provided.

CozyStay Cottage

CozyStay Cottage was initially an artisan workshop and store with a chocolate corner. We've converted the space into a cozy nook with a Scandinavian feel. Everything you need to relax during your holiday! A 30 second drive to Charlo Beach along Heron Bay. Perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing swimming or fishing. In the heart of the Chaleur Bay, the studio is located at two minutes from the beach, five mintutes from the Point Taylor parc, and the quay (a nice spot for fishing), 20 minutes the the Pin Rouge tourist station (hiking, mountainbiking) and 1h15 to Mount Albert in the Parc de la Gaspésie

Located in Dundee, New-Brunswick. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. On 99 acres of land facing a cozy pond you will find peace in our little cottage! At 1 kilometer from the paved road this place will help you regain energy. Accessible by car or snowmobile anyone is welcome to stay! From snowshoeing to birdwatching I hope you will enjoy your stay. A beautiful home located on the beach waterfront. You can use a staircase next door (during summer) to access the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The first floor is wheelchair accessible. A game room for the kids. The home is available to book year round for all needs ranging from summer vacations, to family get togethers, hockey tournaments, located near ATV and ski doo trails.
