Family friendly villa, Quiet area 10 min from Stockholm and 5 minutes from beach Our Villa is 180 square meters that sits on a property of 1,500 green and lushus square meters. It has a spacious terrace; and is suitable for a maximum of Six people (if two adults share the 180cm bed and two share the 140) The garden is spacious and contains a swingset, slider, trampolin (with safety net) and a hamock in the shade. I am very responsive of emails and phone. Extra beds can be solved if of interest

Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

With just 8 min walk to grocery shop, restaurants, pharmacy and the train station. Within 20 min you are in Stockholm city by train. A very child-friendly house with gates in the staircase and fenced plot. The house offers generous social spaces with open plan downstairs, one more living room upstairs, sunny terrace and a green fun garden.

Tranholmen är en bilfri, lugn, grön, idyllisk ö endast 20 min från centrala Stockholm. Perfekt om du vill kombinera lugnet i skärgården med sightseeing i Stockholms innerstad. Högt läge med sjöutsikt i flera väderstreck. Två stora terrasser med både morgon och kvällssol. Mycket barnvänligt med lekpark, fotbollsplan och sandstrand ett par minuter från huset. En stor studsmatta finns på tomten. Huset nås med SL-färja från Ropsten eller med pool-roddbåtar från Svanholmsparken, Stocksund.

Detta familjevänliga boende ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till flera bad, golfbana, skog och hav samt bra kommunikation till Stockholm.(15min) Boende: Fyra sovrum med plats för 6-8 personer, arbetsrum och wifi finns. Tre badrum varav två med dusch och ett med badkar och bastu. Utomhus: På den stora terrassen finns loungemöbler, matplats i inglasad pergola, utekök med grillar samt jacuzzi. I trädgården finns pool, solsängar, loungemöbler och studsmatta. Några cyklar finns att låna.

Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.
