Holiday rentals with a kayak in Darling Downs

Our family of 5 adults and 5 kids had a wonderful time staying in this big and clean house. The kitchen was well stocked and the sheer amount of kids utensils was impressive. There was plenty of space to move around, media room and the pool table added on to the fun. The only minor issue was that we thought the heated pool would be warm enough in winter but it wasn’t and the kids didn’t manage to get a dip. Nonetheless, glad to have stayed here. Thank you for hosting us!

Property well cared for, expansion being built as well which will be great for larger groups. A beautiful home and backyard with swings, trampoline and hammock - perfect!

A beautiful location for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit that was surrounded by rainforest. Lots of luxurious touches inside the studio and it had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great for couples or families with heaps of gear available for water activities and games. Gorgeous view and plenty of room.

A wonderful spot to spend a week - great location on the river just out of town, spotless accommodation, and a hostess who had thought of everything to make our stay truly enjoyable - fresh milk and sourdough, a packet of Tim tams and a new coffee machine with fresh beans ready to use. Lovely big house and fantastic to have the separate bunk room for the kids. Easy check in process and the house was clean on arrival. The hot tub was a favourite for all.

We had such a great stay at That Dam View! The house had a lovely, homely feel and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location is peaceful and scenic, overlooking the dam. We especially loved having access to the kayaks — it was such a bonus to be able to paddle around the dam right from the property. The house was impressively well-stocked in all areas, from the kitchen and pantry to all the little comforts throughout. It made everything so convenient and stress-free. The beds were super comfy, and you could really tell that Amanda had thought of everything to make guests feel at home. It was also an easy drive to some great local wineries. We particularly enjoyed a relaxed meal at Dusty Hill Winery — definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. We’d absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing country escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

This beautiful retreat in Coolum is not only a great spot but has the loveliest host and a really relaxed and comfy vibe. The outdoor dining area and garden were favourites of ours. Comfy couch and beds and all the amenities described! If you already love Coolum or are visiting I can highly recommend Lisa as a host for your stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Dave and Sallyanne's cottage. The little touches like a bottle of wine and marshmallows to roast made us feel right at home. The hosts were so friendly and provided us with local suggestions during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Private, peaceful and well equipped barn style with lovely design. Cosy, comfortable, clean and central to maroochydore and Bli Bli areas. Pot belly fire was excellent cool nights. Coffee, chocolates a nice touch. Jo was always happy to help if needed.

We stayed at Tim’s place as we were attending a friend’s wedding at Maroon Hill Estate. Our Adult family joined us. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini getaway and family catch-up. It would have to be one of the best appointed Airbnb we have stayed in. We thoroughly unwound together attended the wedding, visited the wineries, and cooked pizzas in the pizza oven and sat around the firepit! It was exactly like the pictures and more. We will definitely be back, not to mention how beautiful the Boonah town is as well. Thankyou for opening up your home Tim. We loved it!

We, 11 visitors, had an absolutely wonderful 4 days at Ripples. It was a Family Catch Up as we don’t live close to each other and Ripples was the absolute best choice in accommodation as it catered for not only the adults, but the nearly adult kids as well. Fishing and Kayaking were big hits and sitting on the lovely little jetty fishing as the sun went down, showed the most beautiful picturesque view over the water that you could ever imagine. Christine was an amazing host. Always replying within a couple of hours no matter the question asked . The lodge was absolutely stunning, privet lake pontoon, which I used to propose to my girlfriend. a free canoe included in your stay. perfect for going to see the sting rays in the lake / creek. Lots of wildlife around. log fire kept the place nice and warm. would 100% stay here again,

Our Stay at Lake Weyba Cottages was great! Ashley was helpful and her instructions were clear and the cottage was presented immaculately. Stunning surrounds and we felt at home surrounded by the lush grenery. The farm animals were a bonus along with the guest shed which had bikes and other items available to use. Will be back!
