Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

Close to the beautiful Eberstadt meadow orchards and only a few minutes' walk from the tram towards Darmstadt City Center. What more could you want if you love nature and appreciate the city's shopping facilities and cultural offerings at the same time? The attractive, high-quality equipped 2-room apartment with approx. 55 sqm plus terrace is located in a new building and was only completed at the end of 2023. The small apartment is ideal for 2-3 people or a family with two smaller children.

The two-story rear house has a living area of approx. 45 sqm. On the first floor, there is the kitchen with dining area as well as the bedroom and bathroom. The living room on the upper floor can be reached via an internal staircase. The house was completely renovated in 2022 using old building materials such as sandstone walls and wooden floorboards. The garden can be used. The location is absolutely quiet in a side street in the Bessungen district not far from the Orangery (park).

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

1 room apartment with Wi-Fi approx. 25 square meters with single kitchen with small fridge and freezer compartment. Kettle Senseo coffee maker Bedding Towels Hairdryers are provided. But no oven and no microwave. Sleeping options are: A single bed and the couch can be pulled out to a sleeping area of 150 × 200 cm. Free street parking is available. Key handover takes place in person or through a key safe, which is located at the gate.

Cheap studio apartment for a lovely stay

My place is close to Darmstadt's green north, fully furnished, bright and inviting 1-room apartment - "Studio" (sleeping and living area - see pictures), where you immediately feel at home, put down your suitcase and enjoy. It was kept extra cheap for the Christmas season. If two different guests arrive, we can also separate the two box spring beds or it remains as a double bed as shown in the pictures.
