Cozy apartment with a nice balcony

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Hafenkoje 2 (upper floor) Very cozy, new and modern equipped apartment; including in-house sauna in the romantic closed courtyard. For the use of the sauna, please have 3 x €2- € coins. It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! Beautiful thatched house for six people. Three bedrooms furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. A modern bathroom with shower and bathtub on the first floor as well as a bathroom with shower and sauna to relax on the top floor. Spacious living and dining room with open kitchen and cozy furniture. Large southwest terrace overlooking the pond. In the fall and winter months, the fireplace conjures up a homely atmosphere. Bei uns findet ihr eine sehr schöne, individuelle Wohnung mit kleinem Garten und einer Holzterrasse, um die Sonne, den Tag und den Abend zu genießen. Ihr habt einen separaten Eingang und Garten. Wir befinden uns in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung im Randgebiet der kleinen Stadt Barth. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Min zu Fuss. Gastronomie reichhaltig vorhanden. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

Deichhof Zingst FeWo 2

The Deichhof Zingst, a holiday paradise on the Darss, between the Baltic Sea and Bodden. The half-timbered property with its meadows, groves and proximity to the water offers the perfect place to switch off and relax. Children especially enjoy the great freedom of movement. Just a few steps across the courtyard lead to the dike with the inland waterway behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You can enjoy the fantastic landscape and the water on the Baltic Sea/Bodstetter Bodden. Direct beach location and view of the water. Upscale and modern amenities in a unique holiday complex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the first row and direct view of the water. The two apartments from my advertisement are next to each other with their own equipment and views.

A nicely decorated new apartment with a terrace overlooking the Bodstedter Bodden. Spacious and clean. Absolutely quiet location. The car and bicycle parking spaces are right next to the apartment. The beach bar, which is located between the apartment and the beach, was not so intensely visited that you could feel disturbed by it. Several dog beaches are located in Zingst and Prerow, these are about 15 minutes away. Parking is available. We spent a very nice time in Fuhlendorf and thank Rene for staying in his wonderful apartment.

The photos of the accommodation were already very nice, but on site it is actually even more beautiful. My wife had tears of emotion in her eyes when we arrived 🥰 Everything is in perfect condition, designed with love and very well equipped. Many small things were also thought of, which we never expected. Andrea and Mirko are incredibly friendly and helpful. You immediately feel comfortable and can always have a nice chat, even with the rest of the family. The only disadvantage: We were there too short. 😉 We absolutely have to come back and then, for example, also use the campfire and sauna. Thank you for the wonderful time!
