Waterfront holiday rentals in Darwin City

We really loved the feel of the apartment and location. Very serene and homely, and spotlessly clean. Leanne was fantastic communicating and assisting. We experienced an emergency on the last day and Leanne was very generous and flexible, and offered to assist with responding to the emergency. We definitely will be staying with Leanne when we are back in Darwin!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Buena Vista. Great location, well appointed and with an amazing outlook. The restaurant options are plentiful just nearby and the sunrises are spectacular. We’ll be back.

Great little unit opposite the Nightcliff pool. Excellent air-conditioning. Bed was very comfortable and had nice bedding. Cupboards had heaps of coat hangers. Washing machine was great. if there was anything that could improve it was the kitchen utensils.

The apartment was very thoughtfully set up with extras that you really need when traveling lightly. Soft esky, beach towels, yoga mat, picnic gear and t pot made a big difference. The space is light and airy and balcony a great place to sit with lovely views and breeze.

We had an amazing holiday staying at the Darwin Waterfront - location is absolutely perfect. Jeannie is a fantastic host that goes above and beyond to ensure your holiday is perfect. I would definitely book through her again.

Great location at the Darwin waterfront. Apartment balcony was facing towards pool with obstructed views of lagoon. But nice & sunny in morning while partially shaded too. Best of both worlds.

Just home from our third stay at Loretta’s air bnb. We love the location - a quick walk to the water front. We also love the positioning of the apartment. Nothing more relaxing than having a morning coffee watching the sunrise and dapple sun throughout the apartment all times of day. So enjoyable to look out at the water throughout your stay. Loretta’s makes holidaying with two toddler actually relaxing!

Madison, Parke and Arlow are lovely hosts. Their home is welcoming and it all started with the considerate introductory communication. The bedroom is spotless and the bed is super comfy. I slept like a log which is unusual for me. I was quiet because I was focused on study and recovering from a sinus infection, my privacy was respected. When I did come downstairs it was lovely to pat Arlow and his friend plus have a quick chat to Parke. Sunset and the food trucks made for a glorious evening. Prefect to have a bathroom all to myself. The water was hot and the pressure terrific. Overall this was a fantastic experience, thank you

Fantastic place to spend the week - super comfortable and great tropical feel around the pool! Loved the area - close to Parap and Mindil Beach Markets and a lovely walk/bike ride around East Point. Would definitely return!

Fantastic 5 night stay in this beautiful property. Location is great, not too far from shops, and such a spacious property. So much space in and outside the house. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely relaxed and balinese vibe to the property. Loved our stay. Benji was so prompt and friendly with communication.

Fantastic stay. Spectacular sunsets every night from your private viewing in the lounge room. Was very easy to talk with host and check in and out couldn’t be easier. Absolute gem of a place.

Always a great place to stay in Darwin! Denielle makes sure that everything is provided and the home is clean and comfortable. It is "over and above" most AirBnb accommodation. Denielle is also incredibily friendly and any guest would feel immediately comfortable in her home. The location is quiet, secure and a short bus-ride, UBER or taxi in to the Darwin CBD or Waterfront. Still one of the best AirBnb's that I have stayed at, and I am likely to re-visit.

Amazing location with beautiful sunsets! Watch the sun go down from the patio or join the locals and have drinks and nibblies on the grassed public area in front of villa. Bike paths make it easy to access Military Museum, Museum & Art Gallery, Mindel Beach markets, sunset at Ski Club, Casino and all the city sights. We hired electric bikes for the week from Phil at Bicycle Fix. Great restaurants within walking distance. The Villa was well appointed with absolutely everything you need for your stay and many surprise items that are not found at other homes (ie. fishing rods, kayaks, staple pantry and laundry items). Thanks for the special local gifts. Comfortable beds and relaxed furniture. Perfect for our annual adult family holiday (8 adults) with plenty of different areas to come together or have your own space. Thanks for sharing your home with us Justine and making our holiday in Darwin memorable. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

You won't find a better location, waterfront, walkable and fabulous restaurants. The apartment had everything you need to cook in (if you wanted), beautiful and clean, great views from the covered patio, air con and ceiling fans, a really comfortable stay. We loved Darwin, would stay here again, highly recommended!!

Location of the property was ideal, having all the eateries a plus, the Lagoon and Wave Pool close by, as well as the Wharf Precinct. Would like to see a cleaner balcony for our next visit. Overall the accommodation was lovely, if it wasn't for the 4pm check in time we would have rated our experience 4 1/2 stars.

Excellent place to stay, right on the waterfront. Quiet and peaceful, easy to walk into town. High quality apartment and nothing too much trouble to sort out if something needed. Would highly recommended you to stay there if you visiting Darwin

Way more on offer than what we initially expected! The views and the rooms were amazing! Great huge kitchen and living room felt really comfortable and right at home. Easy to get in and out of the home, neighbours and other residents were very friendly and helpful too! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Darwin.

Lyall’s place was conveniently located for exploring central Darwin. No need for a car - lots to do in walking distance. Also close to supermarket. Thanks Lyall. We would highly recommend your place.

We had a great stay at Swornima’s place, it was very close to the main town centre and the apartment was modern and clean. The only thing is the bed felt a bit small for two adults and the mattress was dipping on the sides. Apart from that we had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely :)
