Holiday rentals with a patio in Darwin City

Had a lovely staycation here with my mum and 3 children over the Easter long weekend. Leanne was more than helpful and has a lovely spot at the waterfront. So much to do for the kids. It was nice to be able to pop back up to the apartment for naps etc. We didn't want to leave! The apartment itself was nice and clean and spacious. Thanks Leanne, we appreciate your hospitality and look forward to returning

This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Darwin. Its so quiet and yet you can access all the Waterfront activities and restaurants. The view is wonderful and the apartment is clean and has everything you need. I was attending a conference at the Darwin Convention Centre and it was so close and easy to get to. I highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay if you are staying in Darwin.

A great apartment in a fantastic location, short walk to the Darwin Waterfront precinct and all its attractions. Its also close enough and far away enough from the city center if the need to go there arises. The apartment is very roomy and well equipped with everything supplied to satisfy our needs. Chris & Hellen are wonderful hosts and were very helpful with their communications. Its hard to find to find a 3 BR apartment around this location of this quality at such a competitive price.

Helen and Chris’s apartment is stunning. When combined with the jaw-dropping views, the restaurants and swimming options at your doorstep, and the constant movement of the waterfront - viewed from the privacy of their level 5 apartment - and we felt like the rich and famous. Combined with the underground car park, and the quick short walk to our favourite purple scooters (beam) and this location was extremely walkable. Thanks Helen and Chris

Clean, tidy apartment that is in the perfect location for all that Darwin offers. Walking distance to the main town, and the waterfront at your door step. Hosts were super accomodating, friendly and responsive. 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

Excellent location, clean and spacious accomadation

The house was amazing - very clean, spacious, and modern. The pool was a big hit with the kids (and adults!) and the outdoor area was lovely to be able to sit by and supervise swimming - and the outdoor fans made it even more comfortable. The kitchen was well-equiped to throw together meals. The kids kept asking if we could just stay forever - there was a definite resort feel to the place! The house is located in a great area, close to shops, the Parap markets, and close to most attractions in Darwin. Sue (host) was a delight to deal with, incredibly accommodating even with our last minute booking. If I had any questions, she was responsive and provided me with plenty of info. We would definitely stay at this house again.

our stay here was very enjoyable, Mafuz is a great host and was able to accommodate my check-in/out requests. the house is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. very comfortable beds. clean and spacious living and kitchen areas . with full amenities. good size swimming pool. outside dining and BBQ area. and for us being a musical family, the piano keyboard and karaoke was a very welcome surprise and in constant use. I recently stayed at Matthew’s place with a group of friends for a holiday in Darwin. Matthew’s place was absolutely fantastic and a wonderful experience for our group. It was exactly as described in the listing, and was a fantastic place for a group to enjoy sunny Darwin. The house is very spacious, full of amenities and had a lovely outdoor area also. Matthew was very quick to respond whenever we had a query and the check in and check out process was simple and exactly as described. We never once had any issue with the house and would recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin.

Denises apartment is a gorgeous oasis in a really convenient part of Darwin walking distance to a lovely shopping centre that has coffee shops , gourmet food and nail / massage places - perfect for tourists ! Also very close to swimming pool . I'd happily come back when back in Darwin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beatas place. The property is located in a great spot, on a quiet street and close to shopping centres and local attractions. The property is very inviting and homely. Beata was super helpful and timely in her responses, making check in, check out and general enquires a breeze. Very nice place to stay. Close to town, retaurants and other services. The place was clean although we were unable to locate a broom.

The house worked out perfectly for a family reunion. Close to the city,walking distance to restaurants. Thank- you.

Great place with access to everything you need within walking distance

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

Kate and Simon were delightful hosts! So warm, welcoming and friendly! The place was fantastic - great location and amenities including a pool and the room and furnishings were lovely. Kate has impeccable taste! I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The house and location were just perfect for a Darwin weekend: the only downside is you only get one key so if the group splits up it can be tricky and they mention blow up beds in the description but we couldn’t find them anywhere. Still we made the most of the beautiful space!

Cassandra's place was amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. It was spacious and had everything with needed. Cassandra was also very helpful and responded right away if we had questions. She gave really clear instructions on how to get in which is so important when you're travelling. You just want it to be easy. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's close to all the restaurants and downtown area.

Hi Kerri-Ann Thank you for your kind hospitality. The bacon, eggs, milk, butter and bread were a really nice touch! After a long flight we were really grateful that we had something for breakfast the next day without having to leave the unit ! We loved the unit and will definitely stay again.

Way more on offer than what we initially expected! The views and the rooms were amazing! Great huge kitchen and living room felt really comfortable and right at home. Easy to get in and out of the home, neighbours and other residents were very friendly and helpful too! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Darwin.
