Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

In direkter Umgebung beginnen schöne Radwege entlang der Kanäle und durch die grüne Landschaft Ostfrieslands. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Markant Nah & Frisch sowie ein Lidl befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The apartment with balcony is located in downtown Emden, in a pedestrian zone. Nevertheless, it is not noisy. It is rather quiet. Nearby are shops, mostly retail. There are nostalgic lanterns on the street. Every event in Emden is within walking distance. The interesting thing about the apartment is the neighborhood. The OttoHuus is very close, about a 2-minute walk, as is the old inland port with its old traditional ships. More than worth seeing.

This 11 square meter place is anything but ordinary. Nevertheless, everything you need is available. The 2x2 meter bed can be reached via a ladder in the gable of the house. Both a small kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom are available in our space miracle. The sofa and TV invite you to linger. When booking, the address data of the booking person will be requested. This is required for verification due to local accommodation tax.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

We have lovingly renovated this Art Nouveau house built in 1906 in one of the most beautiful streets of Emden on the Stadtwall. The more than 70sqm apartment is located on the ground floor. Here you can relax and feel good. The beautiful vintage wallpapers, high ceilings with stucco and the beautiful natural wood floors make the apartment something very special.
