Holiday rentals with beach access in Datça

Our stay in Datca was extremely enjoyable. The check-in process was very easy and smooth; the host was communicative and helpful. The interior of the house was spotless as seen in the photos and had all the essentials that could be needed. The kitchen had plenty of equipment needed to prepare meals, which made the stay much more comfortable. The location of the house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, very close to the center of Datça and the sea. In terms of ventilation, the house was spacious and cool, especially for the summer. Overall, it was a comfortable and well thought out stay that we were quite satisfied with. We would definitely like to come back.

The house was really nice, everything was very clean and tidy. The furniture was quite new and useful, providing a comfortable environment. The host was also very helpful, did not hesitate to help with everything and gave us very good suggestions. We were really pleased, we would love to come again. I definitely recommend it

Everything was as described in the explanations and as shown in the photos. Mr. Levent's communication and approach were very good and helpful. The house is in a very central location, so you can get anywhere by car. It was also very close to the bus station. However, since it is on a small hill, transportation to the house requires climbing uphill. It can be exhausting without a vehicle, but with a vehicle, you can stay without any problems and with sufficient parking facilities.

The location of the house is very nice and within walking distance to the center. It's also in a good spot to go to the surrounding bays. No parking issues. The house is clean and as it is in the photos. We had no problems. We'd love to stay again if we come back.

I had such a great time at Doruk‘s place. I loved the apartment, I love Datça and I can’t wait to come back. Doruk and Mehtap were always available, super kind and helpful and I felt super safe and comfortable staying in the place and in general in the whole area as a female traveler on my own. The location of the house was great, very close to the most beautiful bays of Datça, Mr. Şükrü was very caring and hospitable from the entrance to the exit, the view of the house was much more amazing than it looks in the pictures, the items in a very clean and useful house were very new and immaculate, we are looking forward to coming back next year, Endless thanks to Mr. Şükrü

We stayed at Mr. Onur's house for 4 nights and we were very satisfied. It was obviously better than we expected. First of all, the location of the house is very good, you can easily reach the most beautiful bays in a place. If nightlife is not your priority, it makes much more sense than staying in the center of Datça. The house was very clean and everything was considered up to the refrigerator bags when we entered. Ms. Tuğba is an understanding and open-minded host. When we mentioned things that could be considered negative from the customer's point of view, he/she understood. For example, the basic need in the kitchen was the lack of oil, but Ms. Tugba will solve such small things. Apart from that, we had no problems with cleaning, security, transportation, etc. We stayed very comfortably for 5 people. He was very understanding during the check-in and check-out times. We were very satisfied in general. The location is also very nice. I recommend the nearest pebble beach, for example. Thank you for everything, Ms. Tugba. Apart from minor things, we enjoyed it very much. I recommend it.

Emel is very welcoming, reactive and understanding. The location is a bit far away but very serene and quiet. The house was charming, the beach is 5 min. away by driving, we recommand if you have a car.

We were greeted with a smile by Mr. Gurur's mother and father, Mr. Suat. Both Mr. Pride and his family were immediately helpful whenever we needed them. There was a storm in the area for 1 day when we were going, there was a power outage, so we had to use the fireplace. We had no trouble supplying wood. We also provided village eggs from their neighbors Ms. Vahide every day. She's a very nice chat lady. It was a stay experience where we made very good memories. Thank you so much.

The location was quite good, but the noise was very close to the harbor. There was a bit of a problem with privacy due to the side houses and the stairs to the upper floor, but you won't have any problems as long as you keep the curtains closed. Other than that, the cleanliness of the house, the location, the host was great. If you don't mind the noise, a place to stay again and again. Thank you Ms. İdil🙏

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!
