I truly enjoyed staying at MDF Beach Resort. I would go back several times.

Jojo's Villa is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Waking up to the pool / ocean view is such a majestic experience. Beds are super comfy and house was well stocked. Jojo is very quick to reply to all questions. She coordinated a driver for us, Archie, who also served as our planning coordinator and local guide, recommend! We lucked out on the first night because Jojo and her family and friends were having a BBQ behind the main Bldg and we were welcomed in like family! My main goal for this trip was to show my kids the Filipino culture, and eating BBQ and singing karaoke with Jojo's family is as close as anyone can get to experiencing the culture. AC in the bedrooms worked very well, as did the hot water in the bathrooms. Quite a few resturants within walking distance and I felt safe walking around at all times. There was always someone in the pool area if I had a question. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to the staff-hugs! We really had an amazing trip and can't wait to come back!!

Nice place! It is a small property with 4 domes. Private beach and restaurant. Didn’t try the bar but they offer bar service as well. The team do their best to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately some day users of the facilities don’t share their dedication and left a lot of garbage on the beach. We had a good time picking it up with the kids who live there and had fun with some glow lights I had leftover from night diving. The team is really great’. They work hard and are very helpful. The beach at high tide has a sandy bottom but on low tide can be a. Bit rocky. But you will definitely enjoy it. Bring bug spray! Star gazing on the beach is a must.

Gloria was the best Airbnb host we have ever had. She always went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay of a month excellent. what ever we needed she was always right there to provide for our needs.

Had an amazing stay here at AivyMaes! The room was very cozy and so close to the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops and an atm. Had some absolutely spectacular dives with the dive team at Apo Island. Couldn’t recommend the room and the dive team enough. Thank you for an amazing stay. Special thank you to the owner Mark and his family. They were a pleasure to deal with and made me feel right at home during my stay

Amazing Place. We stumbled upon this place accidentally and we dont regret booking it. The place is amazing, the staff is very helpful and it has an amazing diving team. It's a no frills place that has all the essential. We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing and worth the money! The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly and made you feel welcome. The location is incredibly convenient, as it is a five minute walk away from the whale shark swimming area and directly on the side of the main road, where the busses stop. What I didn’t realize when booking this is that there’s an entire outside area with steps leading down to the ocean with an absolutely incredible view!!! Breakfast was included in the price, and there’s a restaurant to order food from for the rest of the day. Also, you can have your water bottle filled with drinking water. Only point of criticism is the bathrooms: there are shared outdoor bathrooms, and they aren’t very clean and have ants in them. To be honest, this didn’t bother me very much but thought it was worth mentioning!

We recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. The resort is also incredibly pet-friendly, making it an ideal destination for those traveling with dogs. Our furry companions were welcomed with open arms, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The combination of excellent service and a pet-friendly atmosphere truly made this resort a standout choice. We highly recommend it for both humans and their four-legged friends.

Hosts were very helpful and accommodating, with a nice pool and large beds.

We stayed in this apartment for 1 night on our way to Siquijor. Minche and her brother met us at the airport which was great. Very comfy bed and extremely clean with everything you need. Also in a great location near to many bars and restaurants. We walked to the port which took 20 minutes. Would recommend!

Malou is very responsible host very informative and excellent communication skills. This is a perfect location spot with 2 excellent tasting restaurants across the street with a mini mart to for essential items & groceries. Download the Grab app to get reasonable tricycle rides. If you prefer a scooter the host can arrange it and easy getting around the area. This is a great province college town with so much to do & see along the seaside boulevard and Quezon Park amongst other areas nearby. Many beaches to choose from in nearby provinces to go snorkeling or sunbathing. Condotel in great location with Seaside view 2 minutes walk & beautiful views of the Sunrise climbing out of Bohol Sea. Salamat for a wonderful stay at your place.

The place is very peaceful and diving right out side the gate. Very friendly staff, some good restaurants near buy. See Apo Island right across. Good pool. Great for long or a short stay. Has everything you need.

Amazing house right in front of the ocean overlooking Apo Island. The garden is very well kept by friendly workers. The house had all imaginable amenities and was comfortable. Easy access to the diveshop next door and the amazing Tropika restaurant. Otherwise on land there is not much to do. Just what we were looking for. May may was a great host too and would take care of our needs in just minutes. 10/10 would come again.

Was a great place to stay. Very convenient location

One of the best places I stayed in (if not the best) ! We had a wonderful stay at Green Turtle Residence! The place is peaceful, spotlessly clean, and was perfect for combining remote work with diving. The internet was excellent — stable and fast enough for two of us to work full-time, and even with 4+ people online at the same time, it never missed a beat. The location is fantastic, just steps away from a very good dive shop and 2 excellent restaurants, and we were even able to dive right in front of the residence! The garden, outdoor area, and swimming pool are all very well maintained — perfect for relaxing after a day of work or diving. The kitchen was impressively well equipped, with everything you could need and even more — a real plus for longer stays. The staff, especially Maymay, were incredibly kind and helpful, and Techie, the owner, has truly created a little haven here. Highly recommended for divers, digital nomads, or anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place !

The place is wonderful all the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Everything is clean and comfy. Great location too!!!! Specially for shore dive. They reply super fast and i love the host, shes really great and i love kuya marvin he really took care of me while i was there and took me to great dive spots and made sure i was safe. I really had a great time here!!!!!!!!

The location of the unit itself is great as there are lots of restaurants/stalls, and even a mall near the area. We were also able to take a walk along the seawall/beachline (if that's your thing). Even if there are a lot of activities that can be done around, it still is quiet and peaceful inside the unit. They had complete amenities inside the unit, as listed. Marcus and Ems are very responsive to our queries and resquests. They gave clear instructions from the check-in up to the checkout process. Will definitely book again the next time I'll be in Dumaguete.

Sofa in this unit is too small unlike the previous unit of the same host where we could lie down comfortably. Not a deal breaker though.

Janeth is an amazing host, responsive and direct. The place was beautiful and my friends had a blast! I definitely recommend staying here.

Skye personally welcomed us. She provided all important information about the place even before we had arrived in Dumaguete. It’s nearby the airport, just take the tricycle to get there. Easy. The place is walkable with nearby restaurants. Or take the tricycle to City Mall for your groceries. The place is clean. The kitchen has everything you need. TV’s with Netflix in every room. There is Food Panda or Grab Food for delivery if you want to stay in. It pretty much has everything you need during your stay. One thing I would suggest is to bring your own towels because those provided at the house are the fleece ones that are not absorbable at all.

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

Had a great time. The worked was very helpful and gave us everything we needed. The host checked all the boxes on how to treat guest. I can’t wait to come back!!
