Apartment holiday rentals in Davao del Norte

The unit is beautifully decorated, but it feels too small for a family of three. However, the location is excellent, as it is close to the mall and a laundromat. I would love to return on my own to fully enjoy the unit. The hosts are very responsive to my questions.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay without breaking the bank. 😊

I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and cousin during our visit to the Philippines. The host was super nice and responsive. The place felt very secure with plenty of security guards around, a nice lobby, and key card access required for the elevator which adds an extra level of safety. The room was clean and cozy—perfect for 2 people, but still usable for 3–4. It also has a balcony, though we didn’t use it much because it was quite hot during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

The place was great, except that the kitchen sink would sometimes give a nauseating odor whenever I use it. Would definitely still consider booking here again on my next visit because the place is safe with several security guards around the area 24/7. So easy to get around, and so easy to get picked-up or have food delivered. There's also a convenience store that's open 24/7 right across the street. Glad I stayed here on my first visit to Davao.

I haven't been back here in, like, eleven years. I wanted a place that felt like home but was also near the city. I found this place on Airbnb. Everything was exactly as I thought it would be. It's perfect. I'm so happy I found it. Dan was very helpful and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Davao. The place is conveniently near restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and mall. I especially like that the owner is very accommodating and that the unit is furnished with appliances, including iron and blower and the wifi connection is strong. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

I have to say this place was wonderful, felt safe thanks to the reassurance the host kept on giving me, and how quick they where to respond and once there was the smallest problem they didn't hesitate to help, loved the place and highly recommend this host.

Probably the best overall condo rental I have ever had. The location and building management were excellent. Security was very present and effective but not militant. The unit was larger than most with a great view. Hot shower and cold Air conditioner. Definitely recommend this rental. 10 for 10 I would rent again.

Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic time staying at this condo! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured. The bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly. I love the place tho it is a small place, it is ideal for couple. Everything is working and everything i need for a short stay was there except for a hair dryer but there is an electric fan if you will need one. If i may suggest tho', a towel in the kitchen and a foot towel in the cr would be perfect. The surrounding is lovely, quiet and private. There is no hassle in going in&out of the place. The guards are all very kind .

I had a great stay! The location is super convenient and accessible to everything I needed. The unit itself is cozy and thoughtfully put together—I especially loved the couch (total couch potato here!). It might not be ideal for everyone because of the bed placement, but it worked perfectly for me. I appreciated the extra linens, bed cushion, and towels provided, and the washing machine and full kitchenette were a nice touch—even though I didn’t get to use them this time. While the unit isn’t huge, it’s impressively laid out to feel spacious and comfortable with all the essential furniture and appliances. I’ll definitely book again whenever I’m in the city and looking for some quality me-time. Probably not the best fit for large groups, but perfect for solo stays or couples.
