Celso Jr is a great host. Very helpful, super friendly and extraordinary host. The place itself it's made to make us feel like we are at home. There is everything we may need for a long or short stay. What really surprise me was the washing machine. I am travelling a lot across Philippines and I can tell from personal experience, it's not very common thing to have, but at the same time is extremely helpful when we do. The location is stop on, next to Abreeza Ayala Mall with great choice of restaurants. Excellent value for the money and will definitely book again when we are traveling to Davao. Me and my girlfriend can highly recommend Celso as very friendly and helpful host and his place like one of the best we have even been. Better than a 5 stars hotel!

The place was so nice and very accessible to everything. The lifts are just outside the unit, the refuse room and electrical room is nearby. There was even an honesty store inside the unit. So when you are tired to get down to buy something, you can just check the honesty store. The host was very accommodating, always responsive and proactive. We will book here again the next time we visit Davao.

Our stay at Benedict’s unit was truly excellent. The room was spotless—clean, fresh, and clearly well cared for. The entire space was spacious, thoughtfully prepared, and perfect for a comfortable, restful stay. The location was also very convenient. Highly recommended! We stayed here for three weeks, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The room is well-maintained and has everything we need. There were no issues with the AC, the hot and cold shower worked well, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Joanna has been a great host—very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Davao. 👌🏻

I love the place tho it is a small place, it is ideal for couple. Everything is working and everything i need for a short stay was there except for a hair dryer but there is an electric fan if you will need one. If i may suggest tho', a towel in the kitchen and a foot towel in the cr would be perfect. The surrounding is lovely, quiet and private. There is no hassle in going in&out of the place. The guards are all very kind .

Joanna is very responsive, even with the incident that has happened, she provided assistance and solutions that are also beneficial for our party. Not to mention that the room is very inexpensive yet already can cater our family of 4 that feels like home. Would highly recommend!!

place was complete with everything that you’ll need for a comfortable stay. the mall is within 5 mins walk and nearby local attractions too. host was very responsive and helpful to all my concerns and queries.

This is a spacious unit with a king bed. There were extra tables aside from the usual dining and coffee table. Mineral water (in big blue round container) was also available.
