Miss Ivy and her mom is very accomodating. They let us use all the amenities like it's our own home. Their family's place is very close to the accommodation so when we need anything they are right there in a sec. I am traveling with oldies and the place is very senior citizen friendly. We used 5 rooms, there are two rooms downstairs with on cr,and upstairs are the three bedrooms with 2 common crs and shower. Thank you so much miss Ivy and Ma'am Juvy for accomodating us. Amazing Stay at La Casita, Island Garden City of Samal! Our recent stay at La Casita, hosted by Zandra, in Island Garden City of Samal was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Traveling to the property was incredibly easy because "Doods" (the caretaker) picked us up in a pickup truck. This thoughtful touch made us feel welcomed and taken care of right from the start. Doods himself is truly a gem! He was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice throughout our entire stay. More than just assisting us with our needs, he actively engaged with our family, playing with us and making us feel like a part of his own family. His warm hospitality significantly enhanced our experience. The home itself offered a delightful, "province-like" feel, which was wonderfully relaxing. We were pleasantly surprise

We had an incredible time at this beautiful place! The beach is stunning, with its crystal-clear blue waters, and we were lucky enough to spot dolphins. The caretaker was incredibly accommodating, and the generous owner allowed us to extend our checkout time. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with plenty of beds, so we didn't have to worry about sleeping arrangements. The kitchen and dining area were fully stocked with all the necessary tools, and they even provided free gallons of water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return to this amazing place!

For people who loves snorkeling, this is the place to be. Also, lyn is the best cook considering our vegetarian diet she manages to make us awesome dinner and breakfast. Thanks so much! Will different coming back.

This was our first family gathering in so long after the pandemic, hence I looked for a place that everyone will enjoy and feel relaxed, and Mansud Shores did not disappoint. The place truly had an endless soft summer vibes, plus we loved the overall vintage charm of the villa, we feel like we are in a romantic film set somewhere in Italy.char 😅. Complete with slight drama with one of their cooks 🤣, but as they say, all is well that ends well, and Zandra and Sebastian were very apologetic and very quick to resolve the hiccup, so really no harm done at all.. anyway, I cannot rave enough about this place, and the food! OMG they served us the freshest seafood including the other simple yet yummy dishes. Shoutout to Doodz, Ate Nening and Ate Janette for all the help and making our stay comfortable. More blessings to the hosts, I hope they will continue to meticulously maintain the place so we can keep going back.

Special thanks to Kuya Rene for promptly guiding us to the property. The place offers excellent privacy and a serene beach experience—we had the whole beach to ourselves! It’s perfect for a peaceful getaway and has great potential as a retreat. Future guests should note that the road leading to the property is not yet fully developed and paved, and toll fees may apply when passing through a private lot. However, once you arrive, the property matches the description and photos. The beach is shallow during low tide, which is great for kids, though swim/aqua shoes are recommended for the stones and sea grass. As always in Baganga, be mindful of the currents and sudden changes in underwater depth ("kantil"). During high tide, the natural breakwater ensures calmer waves, making it even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay even though our request to check in is abrupt the host managed the situation well. The place is very nice, the aesthetics is super pleasing in the eye, it's clean, kitchenware is complete, aircon is functional, and the host is kind and accommodating. 10/10 from us! we will definitely come back :)

I would say, this place is Awesome! Can accommodate up to 10pax, such a big place and a great place to stay. We just had a little problem with the parking space since it is not so wide (we used a family Van) but nonetheless, the place is definitely a worth the price to stay. My family loved this place and if we can able to go back to Davao, I will surely book this place again. I will definitely recommend this stay.

Worth the price… We love our stay… it was great. Place is very spacious and good for family. Great for staycation. The owner is very friendly and very responsive. We also love the pool. Guards are nice and friendly too. We will surely come back again.

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. Clean, organized, and comfortable. Provided toiletries (tissue, shampoo, soap) and a water heater. Equipped with a fridge, induction cooker, microwave, utensils, and cabinets with hangers. The aircon was cold. Overall, we enjoyed the stay—great value for the price!
