Friendly host and a clean space. Everything you could need. Location was close to many things. Walkable or short uber ride. I had nothing negative to say about my stay😊

The Artist View was perfect for our family of four. We had everything we needed for our three day stay in The Avenues above the city center of Salt Lake City. The couple lives above the apartment and immediately available for anything we needed. I would certainly return here again and recommend it to anyone who appreciates a lovely view. You will need a car and it is very hilly.

Dorothy’s place was very comfortable and perfect for our 4-day stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and still very convenient to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, Lagoon, and so much more. We would definitely stay here again.

Alex place was exactly as described. We felt safe and comfortable, it is a really cute place. The twin mattress' are very thin and we could feel the box spring threw them. They might be okay for a child but not an adult.

Excellent stay. Quiet and peaceful area. Short walking distance to downtown and Capitol. So very clean and equipped! Thank you!

We had a great stay here, I would absolutely stay again. We were visiting family in the area so we just needed a cozy place to sleep at night, and this was beyond that. We went on gorgeous walks each morning and evening, with incredible views. The neighbors were all so kind. The house is right nearby so much to do. Loved it. Thank you Anne!

My family and I stayed the night in our way through Glacier National Park. The home is hidden in nice quiet neighborhood. I was made aware the downstairs apt was occupied, but we'd have the main home available to us. The house was very spacious and clean. My pups enjoyed stretching in the big backyard. Id recommend Megan's place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a convention that weekend, and it was very easy to locate and both check-in and check-out instructions were very clear in what to do. The parking was fantastic and the place was very clean and spacious for two people. We even exercised around the very peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we came back to Salt Lake. Thank you, Mary! :)

So grateful to have stayed at Ernesto’s place! I visited Salt Lake City for a medical procedure and needed a comfortable space to recover and relax for a week. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed—including a blender, which Ernesto kindly provided. The balcony was a lovely spot to get some fresh air, and the location was perfect—within walking distance to Harmons grocery store and the Cathedral, and easy for all my Ubers to find. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge plus as well. Thank you, Ernesto, for making me feel at home!

We had a great stay here with our family. It was clean, had all the things we needed and the space is well arranged. If we are back in the area we will for sure stay here again.

We stayed four nights and skied three days at Snowbasin! Great location if you are skiing there! Highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed for 2 weeks for work related training. The place had everything we needed and loved having gym access, which had great equipment and super clean. We definitely would recommend staying at Amy’s place.

Great place to stay in SLC! The apartment was even more spacious than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. I was in town for a work conference and Salt Palace Convention Center was about a 25 minute walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the amenities like in-roon laundry made it feel like home for a week.

Excellent location near public transportation. Easy access to downtown and Utah State Fairpark. Very clean, nice place. Would stay again.

Nice apartment is clean and simple. Pull out couch was comfortable and the extra bedding was nice. Had everything we needed (shampoo/conditioner, coffee, iron, etc). Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to downtown. Note: This didn't impact us, but the welcome instructions said "if you would like to have a few extra guests over, in the past we have allowed this under certain circumstances and with an added event fee of $250"... just felt a bit disconcerting and feel something like that should be on the listing itself since it could impact people that do plan to have guests over.
