Great space for a family get together. Plenty of space to hang out and play games. Very spacious and plenty of sleeping areas. Very convenient to downtown and walkable to most main attractions.

Great place to stay while traveling I-90. Needed a place last minute in Mitchell area, this turned out to be a wonderful option! Quaint old home with modern amenities and features. Definitely recommend!

These townhomes are our go to when going to Mitchell to see family. Room for extra people to join us. Nice living and dining area to have family join us for dinner.

WOW! What a little slice of heaven. Tucked away from view behind a row of trees, you’d have no idea you weren’t secluded. This house was immaculately decorated and gave such a wonderful cozy feel. There’s a little farm store attached to the back of the house that we purchased pizza and speciality sodas from for the evening. What a great touch ! This place is just a quick jaunt to downtown Mitchell SD where you can enjoy craft beers, restaurants, and shopping. My family and I felt totally safe and most of all we enjoyed petting the orange fluffy barn cat my kids nicknamed “Fluff Ball”. 10/10!

Very open living/kitchen area. We were in town for a competition so we didn’t spend much time at the condo. And we didn’t fix any meals there. There was no sweetener or creamer for coffee. We could not open the lock on 3 tries so it blocked us. Luckily the front door was open. We used the garage door opener after that. If you like a thick gel mattress you’ll like the queen beds. However, the twin bed didn’t even have a mattress cover. The bedrooms were clean but the beds linens were messy. There was no bath soap which is not something guests would normally expect to provide. Many rentals are even providing shampoo and conditioner. The portable fans were nice to have upstairs. Don’t let these observations keep you from renting this condo. It’s convenient and reasonably priced. I would stay here again.
