Apartment holiday rentals in Dawn Beach

We loved our stay right in the heart of Grand Case. Wonderful beach right infront of the house and plenty amazing restaurants! Amaurys place was also amazing. We enjoyed every bit of our stay!

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

This villa we stayed in was very clean and as described. Very peaceful for the most part - we heard the neighbors a few times but not too bad. What we especially liked was the proximity to the beach/water - right outside our door basically. Also within walking distance of a grocery store, great restaurants, and a very good bakery for breakfasts especially! I would recommend this place!

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this place is for you. It’s on a beach but the waters weren’t so calm so I didn’t want to take the chance. Lola is very hospitable & was very responsive and helpful before and after arriving. The studio is just as seen in photos, very clean and has a modern cozy vibe. I’d suggest you rent a car…Lola helped with that before I arrived so I was able to pick up the car at the airport. I think this is a great option for a solo traveler as well.

Supermercado próximo do apartamento (5 minutos de carro). Agradecemos a atenção do simpático anfitrião Max que estava presente no check-in e check-out e sua rapidez para responder nossa mensagens. Well appointed, clean and tidy space perfect for relaxation. The beach was a quick walk away and the pools were a nice addition. There weren’t many food options nearby, so if you’re planning to stay without a rental car, you might want to rethink that plan. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and their restaurant was outstanding! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this space.

We had an amazing stay at Sarah’s place! The location is fantastic, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Sarah was also an incredible host, and was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

This place is amazing! Absolutely beautiful and clean with every helpful amenity that you could imagine. The location is fantastic and I can highly recommend! I was staying by myself with friends nearby that had rented a house. They were jealous of my accommodations and totally safe walking between their place and mine - even late night. Great experience! What a paradise! Lindsay’s apartment at the Hilton Royal Palm was perfect for our first time travelling with young children. Spacious, clean, however the view was the best part! The beach (clean, shallow and breath taking), pool & restaurant were a hop skip and a jump away which was amazing! There were always chairs available at the beach & the pool. Staff were very nice and everything was always very clean! Lots of restaurants within walking distance and very safe to explore the island, even at night. 10/10 we will definitely return! Un super séjour chez Florence et Nicole, très sympathiques, très accueillantes, réactives et proactives également. Joli duplex, le spa sur la terrasse est un gros plus. Rien à redire, à ne pas hésiter.

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

This place is amazing. What a picture perfect place! The views are magnificent all around the condo. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach. You literally just walk a straight line down to the beach from the front gate. To me, Mullet Bay is the best beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The high ceilings condo is so spacious. I have never been to an Airbnb that is as spacious as this one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. The kitchen have topnotch appliances. We love the fresh off the boat seafood (fish, conch and lobsters) at the Simpson Bay Fish Market. The 2 pools (1 indoors and 1 outdoor) at the Cliff at Cupecoy are nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. There’s also a 24 hours fitness room and a pool table upstairs from the lobby. It was really nice that 2 staff members came to meet us at our rental car center to guide us to the condo. They also help check us in and give us a full tour of the condo. From the condo you will have a view of the pool and the beach.

My wife and I spent a week at Colibri villa, and it was wonderful. I tend to rise very early, so the separate kitchen side insured my not making too much too much noise to allow her dome sleep. We loved the outdoor covered dining area, the outdoor shower, and the hot tub. Being a 10 minute walk to Orient village, and the beach was exactly as we needed to rest and relax. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this villa.

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it! We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious property! The place was not only stunning but also felt very safe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the beach chairs provided for our outings. The hosts were incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy their time!!
