Mariana and Manoj’s place was perfect for our stay. Very clean and safe, and the property and pools were beautiful. Communication was also very fast and Manoj was so helpful. Thank you!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at the Lady Bug during our visit in St Maarten. Everything matched the description. We enjoyed the amenities, the host gave clear instructions, and we had a beautiful view from our room.

Our second stay at this lovely place! Laure was very responsive to questions I asked before our arrival. She met us at check in and explained everything as she reacquainted us with the apartment. She also checked with us a couple times during our stay. Apartment is very roomy with a king bed. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. We loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet at night. Had absolutely everything we needed with many extras included. There are many beach bars with chairs and umbrellas nearby. Also many restaurants with varied menus within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby too. We love staying at Orient Bay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! See you next year!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Leyla, Jocelyne et Francky dans leur AirBnb. Tout le monde était extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Des gens très sympathiques et un endroit à recommander à tout le monde. Une belle piscine, une jolie maison, salle de bain et terrasse avec bar. Tout est très propre. Les gens étaient serviables et très orientés vers le service. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances grâce à cela ! Un lien très précieux s'est tissé ces dernières semaines... Comme le dit Francky: Famille à Saint Martin et à bientôt. Beaucoup d'amour et un gros câlin et bisous pour Hermes et les petits-enfants. Avec amour, Tom et Mélanie.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. La villa Almond Blue bénéficie d’une vue extraordinaire, sublime face à la baie. Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

For context, 5 stars for what I would expect at this price point $1200 USD for 5 nights in Feb (includes tax/fees). The villa has a well equipped kitchen, with nonstick pans in great condition, sharp knives, and ample cooking utensils. The Bosch appliances all seemed brand new and clean. It’s worth knowing that one bedroom and bath are entered separately from the exterior/patio and not from the main area of the home. There are no weird musky smells and plenty of clean towels. The main points where this place fell flat is with bedding (no top sheets or blankets throughout the home, only an empty duvet cover), the sagging mattresses, and couch (end of its life expectancy, uncomfortable and armrest are sunken in). The host is extremely kind, warm and welcoming. There is a darling, small but well equipped grocery/pastry shop a half block away. There are also two cute restaurants within walking distance. At the price point this property cannot be beat, esp w the privacy and pool.

AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Delphine et Agnès qui sont très agréables et de très bons conseils. Le logement est parfait, très propre, bien équipé, un écrin de verdure en connexion avec la nature, très bien situé sur l'île. La définition parfaite de la douceur de vivre.

Stéphane est un hôte formidable, réactif et disponible. La maison est un petit coin de paradis avec une vue sur Saint-Barth époustouflante. La piscine est un rêve. Toutes les chambres sont confortables et offrent une vue. Nous y étions avec nos 3 grands enfants et nos parents, tout le monde était ravi. Il y a des petits commerces à proximité qui sont super pratiques dont 2 restaurants recommandés par Stéphane à distance de marche. Nous avons découvert l'île (tout est près) et nous étions toujours heureux de revenir à la maison. Merci merci !

Our host greeted us as our taxi arrived. She went over all the amenities in the condo. Showed us how to operate appliances. The condo was just like the pictures. It literally is a 2 minute walk to the restaurants in Orient Bay. We got a discount on beach chairs at Wai Beach club. Host met us at check out. A wonderful and peaceful place to stay that was walkable to beach, pool and restaurants!

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

Espectacular apto en un sitio q ahora se encuentra algo afectado por la construcción del hotel en el complejo, pero no afecta para nada la estadía y los servicios . Seguro volveremos a este sitio espectacular.

WOW C'est un endroit très reposant et convivial, c'est très grand, très propre avec tout ce que l'on a besoin pour un séjour remarquable. Le lit est super confortable, on a dormis comme des bébés toute la semaine. La vue du 7ème étage est tout simplement sublime, vue direct sur les avions qui atterrisse et qui décolle, et aussi sur les bateaux de croisière qui arrivent ou quittent l'ile, amenez-vous des jumelles ça vaut la peine. Nous avons accès direct à la plage de Cupecoy à partir du resort. Si vous louez une voiture et que vous séjournez au Sapphire, je vous conseille une voiture de taille moyenne (J'avais une Nissan Versa) car le stationnement intérieur est assez restreint. Le Sapphire Beach Club est un endroit super agréable, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Je n'ai que du positif à dire de mon séjour et que dire de Maya qui a été toujours là en cas de besoin et prête à nous aider. Merci Maya j'apprécie. À Bientôt. Note parfaite pour le Sapphire et St-Martin.

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emilie, sa proximité avec la Baie Orientale ainsi que la plage et la piscine de la résidence nous ont permis de pouvoir varier les plaisirs durant notre séjour, sans oublier qu’il est également très bien situer et proche de toute commodité (station service, aéroport, supermarché). Emilie est également une hôte très réactive et disponible. Je recommande à 100% son logement

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn Beach. Although construction and rebuilding were happening around he facilities it was great to watch the progress that happened during our stay. We also took full advantage of a less busy pool area which ended up being a bonus for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful and took good care of us. I would highly recommend renting a car as it will allow you to explore the island to its fullest by visiting beaches, venturing to different areas, and accessing restaurants. Mullet Beach, hiking Loterie Farm, grabbing breakfast at Good Morning Cafe, making perfume at Tijon, snorkeling around Anguilla, and eating at Lazy Lizards and Pineapple Pete’s were just some of our favorites. James has an awesome place to stay- thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We made some once in a lifetime memories.
