Very comfortable and clean apartment, with excellent location very close to Pocitos beach. Check-in is done alone but there is a doorman in the building and before arriving Martín leaves super clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and Martin always answered and resolved my doubts and requests to make my stay more comfortable. The only thing I didn't expect is that the balcony in the room opens directly to the main street and there are no curtains/blinds, but there are doors that block the light and glass doors to open. Don't forget to climb to the top floor where the gym is and a terrace with amazing views of Pocitos and the Rio de la Plata!

Our stay at this place was wonderful! 🏡✨ Everything was spotlessly clean and very cozy, we really felt right at home. Every detail is well thought out, and there's everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is bright, spacious and very nice. The bed is comfortable, the linen is fresh and in the kitchen there is all the necessary equipment. The hosts are attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back if we visit this city again. ¡Thank you for your hospitality! 💙

Crossing the street you have the most beautiful shopping in Montevideo Punta Carretas that additional has an automobile that gives you great comfort when you need anything. Excellent restaurants very close to walk. Javier (the host) is a super friendly person and made the stay much more welcoming. The apartment has all amenities and is exactly what it describes in the listing! ☝🏼

The apartment is really good! New, very clean and with everything working perfectly. The location is excellent! For those who are concerned about not having a view of the street, I can assure you that this does not hinder the stay at all and does not cause any discomfort. I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

Super good accommodation, spacious, nice, excellent view. Super comfortable for 4 people. The only detail is that the location is not convenient for someone who does not have a car for example. In my case, we if we had and less bad that we decided to rent it yourself in Montevideo and then go to Punta del Este because the accommodation is far from the coast or the center or restaurant or supermarkets. To consider if you will not have a car.

Staying with Alvaro was a pleasant experience. He is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has it all and is in a safe gated community. Only in the area there is not much to see and do.

This was our second stay at Jessica's home . This time we met her in person and she was just as wonderful as we expected. It is a very comfortable home in a great location for a good value. It is easy to access from the airport or take a short dive into Montevideo. There are a couple of large shopping malls with good supermarkets nearby. With the beach and park nearby, it was a perfect location for us.

Our family came from the USA and we spent 2 months in that cute house in Pocitos. The reservation was with Fabrizio for his uncle Stefano's house. Fabrizio helped us with a change of dates and was very friendly during all communication. Stefano was a spotless host and his home is amazing. During our time there, Stefano helped us with any questions we had and gave us recommendations for the area and other trips in Uruguay. The house is located two squares on the rambla and Pocitos beach with many restaurants, bakeries and two supermarkets very close by. The home is unique with art and cute touches. Our family really enjoyed the patio on the second floor for coffee and relaxing in the mornings. The kitchen has all the necessities for preparing meals and the house also comes with an asado. We have already ordered to rent the house again in the next year and we recommend it for families who come to Montevideo.
