Sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen in the loft, and a pull-out sofa. Oversized vehicle and trailer parking available on a first come, first serve basis. Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the main house doesn't fit your needs.
