Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Death Valley

Our stay was fantastic. We were very comfortable, the place was just what we were looking for. There were four of us in town for a weekend class. The home offers the perfect balance of private and community space. The beds were very comfortable. The host was quick to respond to messages. The garage was a major bonus too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shelly’s place. The place was comfortable and it was easy to communicate with Shelly.

I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough! From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The host went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience—communication was prompt, friendly, and super helpful throughout my stay. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed (and more!). It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was outstanding—from the cozy linens and thoughtful touches to the local tips and recommendations that really enhanced my trip. Checkers place was on the whirl side of town, which made it a little easier to get to death Valley national Park. About 50 minutes. It was super easy getting in and everything was as described.

This place was phenomenal. The surroundings were beautiful. The mountains were beautiful. The place was very well decorated. also, the host was really great, very responsive and very quick to help. If you want to get away from everything have some peace and quiet, I would definitely recommend.

Staying at Celeste’s Gecko Guest House was, quite simply, a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious and immaculately clean and maintained. What left a lasting impression, though, was the level of thoughtfulness from the hosts. Celeste and Mark have anticipated needs most wouldn’t even think of. From the well-stocked essentials to the subtle comforts that make you feel instantly at home, it’s clear this is hosting done with care and intention, not formula. The Gecko Guest House doesn’t just meet expectations — it confidently exceeds them. Highly recommended.

Great place, ideal for our 2-night stay in the area to do some hikes in the Sierra. Property is well maintained, with plenty of amenities. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place. House is beautiful and backyard, patio and pool are perfect for a family stay. About an hour from Vegas and hour from Death Valley. Would be great for a multiple day stay. Jody the host easily communicated information for our stay and was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Have stayed in Tecopa before and really love it. The pools were warm and relaxing and the mobile home was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the front enclosed porch.

Michael’s tiny home was perfect for what my sister and I needed after a long day of driving and exploring. The instructions were clear, the place was clean and just as pictured! Would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area in the future

Really grateful to have found this place considering we were booking same day. The house was very clean and comfortable.. we would have loved to stay longer! The private bath houses were a really cool and unexpected experience as we were just looking for a place to rest and break up our drive home. We were appreciative of the flexibility for a later check out time and seriously enjoyed staying here. Would love to come back someday!

What a wonderful comfortable home and perfectly located. We were able to visit many Death Valley sites and Las Vegas and Hoover Dam. We sat on the back porch evenings and listened to what we were first thought were coyotes but turned out to be peacocks. It was very peaceful and beautiful. And Darci was especially understanding and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ignacio’s place was awesome! Sunsets from the campsite were unreal and definitely worth the trip out to Olancha. The campground is very family friendly and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend gateway.

I can’t even put in words how much we loved this spot! It’s small, but has everything you need. Complete quietness, an escape from our high traffic world. Cheyenne was helpful in all aspects and very understanding. We are surely going back again! In another note, a 4x4 reliable vehicle is a must! Make sure you read all instructions and you will be fine.

Best stay of our multi-week road trip across the US. John is a legend, by far the best host we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The property itself was everything someone could possibly want from a stay in a desert and so much more. Stay here for an unforgettable few nights. Gutted we only stayed for one night.

I love this place. Unfortunately I wasn’t there a lot because I had to be actually in Vegas for a graduation. My wife, daughter and I loved this place. It was beautiful. We are making plans to come back here just to enjoy Pahrump beautiful scenery. Thank so much Jospeh for being patient with me as this was my first time using AirBnB!
