Holiday rentals with breakfast in Decentralized Administration of Attica

Staying in a historic property that was carefully and lovingly restored was memorable. This property is well located, with easy access to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The space in front of the home is a public square; noise was not a factor. Future renters should be aware that the listing describes on premises parking, which is misleading as this is a pedestrian only area. Luggage can be dropped off at the front gate (Kastro), where the property manager will meet you and show you to the home. For 10 euros, you can hire a porter to move your luggage. Unless you have a light small suitcase or daypack, this is highly advisable. As we are traveling for 3 months and have 56cm suitcases, this was a godsend! This was our 14th AirBNB of the trip, and our 4th in Greece. I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality and warmth displayed by the property manager; our interactions were highly transactional, which is the opposite of our Greek experiences. Overall, happy we stayed once.

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

We had a very late check-in and early checkout. Georgios was very responsive to our needs and provided airport pickup and drop off for a nominal charge. He also provided transportation to the local Metro station. The apartment is large, comfortable and quiet considering the proximity of the airport. We enjoyed our short stay and would book again when we visit Athens. Highly recommend.

Renovated apartment in excellent condition that perfectly matches what we were looking for to spend a night, 15 minutes' drive from the airport. Easy parking in front of the accommodation and several cafes a three-minute walk away. Kostas was a fantastic host who welcomed us very late at night despite the delay of our flight. He was always reachable and made sure we didn't miss anything. Thank you very much to him.

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

We just loved Amalia and Costos. So friendly. We felt like family. Views are BEAUTIFUL!! Spetses is amazing just like Amalia. She even arranged a taxi for us to get back to port with our luggage and saw us off. Would love to stay there again.

Marina is the perfect host, very helpful, good recommendations for finding a place to eat, a supermarket and public transport. Always reacted quickly, very friendly and supportive. The place is perfect for one person, clean, air condition working, huge balcony with nice view over the city, very quiet on a Sunday morning ;-), places to visit close by, e.g. 10 min walking distance to Athen Archaeological Museum. I can recommend this place and especially the host, definitely will come back next time I'm in Athens!

Nikos was a great host. Friendly and helpful and provided great recommendations. We loved the apartment! Very cute, nicely decorated and clean. It’s on the third floor with elevator access which was nice. There’s a room and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and the living room has a door so it turns into a private room. There’s also a balcony with access from both the living room and the main room. The apartment was very well equipped. We were sad to leave but would love to stay here again in a future trip.

Eftihia's apartment was truly a gem. It was in the heart of Athens but also in a very charming and safe neighborhood, away from the crowds. I was on a solo journey and Eftihia was beyond helpful getting me set up in the apartment and being available for communication whenever I needed it. The apartment itself made me feel like I was an Athens local and it had all the amenities I could ever need. This is one of those rare airbnb finds where everything was in alignment! If you're considering a trip to Athens, stay here!

Nice place with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Walkable distance from bus and tram stop, easy access to Athens city centre.

The listing was true to the listing and was very well-equipped. Athina was very responsive during our various exchanges. We also really appreciated the fact that she allowed us to come before the scheduled time in order to drop off our suitcases and be able to start the visits serenely. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Konstantinos place was in a great location close to everything the main area of Athens has to offer. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Greece. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Communication, via Anna and Sofia, or their father Yiannis, was excellent prior to and during our stay. Yiannis greeted us upon arrival and stored our bags for half a day post checkout while we waited for transfer. His flexibility, local knowledge, excellent English and smile really enhanced our stay. As for the apartment, its location near Monastiraki Metro, the Plaka and Central market was perfect for us. Recently renovated and brightly decorated with a good sized balcony on the protected side of the building it was on the 6th floor conveniently reached via a lift. All amenities and.appliances worked. But for us the roof top garden reached from a gate from our balcony was the icing on the cake. This unobstructed 360 degree view would undoubtably be the best view of the Acropolis and important Athenian landmarks you could possibly find. This apartment and its hosts make this AirBnB an absolute gem. Book it.

This studio is a small cocoon in Athens, super cute, very clean and easy to access. Dimitra thought of every detail to make the stay enjoyable. She fills the fridge with small touches that allow her guests to have breakfast. Very responsive and accommodating, she allowed us to drop off our luggage at her husband's shop a few meters from the apartment so that we could fully enjoy our last day. Don't hesitate if the apartment is available. It's a gem 3 metro stations from the city center.

Nathalie and Eric are very friendly, helpful, they gave us a lot of useful information about the area. The home was very clean and had all the required (even extra toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.). The house and surrounding area are very well cared for, tidy and with aesthetics. The breakfast was rich, with fresh homemade products (jams, fruits, crepes, etc.). The doggies were very quiet, cuddly, friendly and not at all intrusive. Thank you for your hospitality, and we'll visit you again at the first opportunity.

The hotel is clean and the employees are very friendly, however very few speak english. The hotel feels a bit outdated, but so is the rest of the town and everything was working fine. The pool is nice and the view is amazing. The owner did not respond to us on the airbnb app, but the staff of the hotel was very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay at the island and the hotel!

We stayed at a groundfloor apt. Absolutely renovated, comfort and clean! These rooms have a lovely yard and it is so nice to take your breakfast, relaxing, watching the sea. We love Julie's place and we hope to visit it again! Thanks Julie!!

very convenient location in the center of the island that is convenient to turn the beaches on all sides. as far as the house is concerned it is like the photos, clean tidy and thoughtful. cool (we hardly used at all ac). for the hosts what to say. Elina awesome man helped us a lot and there in everything we needed. also the house had breakfast which was very convenient. i recommend the accommodation

Great location almost in a park and only 3 minutes from the metro station. The room I stayed in was comfortable enough for 1 person, simple to decor, and very clean (it would be preferable to mention on the site that it is semi-basement).

From the very first moment we felt at home, because of Natalie and Eric's kindness and cordiality. We were greeted, after our warm trip, with frozen handmade juices that we enjoyed in the pool overlooking nature. Similarly, the breakfast was amazing with delicious and fresh options, the place spotlessly clean and the location idyllic. Their hospitality was great and their interest in us was great! We had an unfortunate event as our car broke down halfway to the theater of Epidaurus and Eric immediately volunteered to take us out of stress and hassle. Their three dogs were the sweet note of our stay as they were very friendly and quiet! We had a great experience and stay, thank you so much! A bientôt!
