Beautiful, clean, and very responsive. The stay was as advertised. This home is well maintained, comfortable , and close to everything.

We had the best time staying at the apartment. We were two adults and a child and it was perfect for us. Everything was exactly as in the pictures and the apartment is even bigger than I expected. Especially the beautiful patio. The small kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed. One can hear the road, so just bring your earplugs if you think it may bother you. There are mosquitoes nets and shades/curtains on all the windows which allowed us to keep them open at nights and sleep longer in the mornings. Other than the apartment itself, Pinelopi is the best host I have ever met on Airbnb. She took care of everything we needed, even before we asked. We felt right at home with her and we're very sad when it was time to go. We will always be happy to come and stay here again!

I had an incredible stay at Giorgos' apartment! The sea is literally the backyard, and starting every morning with the sound of the waves and finishing the day with a breathtaking sunset was definitely a highlight. The apartment itself is very comfortable, and falling asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean waves was just perfect. It's an easy and beautiful 30-minute walk to Chania town, and the WiFi was great for working remotely. Giorgos was an amazing host, going above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. This is definitely one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in – highly recommend!

The place was great! We loved it! Close to the beach, great restaurants, walking distance to the old port and supermarket, not too far from the highway. The lodging was enormous and had so much room, ac worked great, having a parking space was very practical. Go ahead and book you won’t regret it.

Great place directly opposite the beach - fantastic if you have toddlers like us. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant next door every day because the kids could play out there while we ate. If you want to visit the most beautiful beaches on Crete, this west coast location is great (though it should be noted that the beach near the house is actually facing north, which means it is thankfully not frequented by tourists). The host is very friendly and willing to help with any issues. The airbnb was very well equipped and prepared for our visit (including items we would not ordinarily expect like fruit, cake, and even a dinner on the first night - though we obviously knew about it based on previous reviews). We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Nous sommes ravis du séjour c/o Eleni. Elle est attentive aux détails qui font plaisir (petites attentions à l’arrivée, de quoi se préparer un petit déjeuner). Nous avons adoré le coin terrasse sur le toit avec la vue sur la ville et la baie. Nous reviendrons si l’occasion se présente.

The pictures don’t do this view justice. It’s breathtaking! The home is gorgeous and the outdoor space is wonderful. It was too cold for us to swim but we still enjoyed time at the beach. Most of the immediate area was already shut down for the season during our stay but there is a lovely area about a mile walk away. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the coffee shops and restaurants. The house and rooms were fantastic and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we left some glasses at a restaurant. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible. The location was peaceful and serene—away from the busier tourist areas, it truly felt like our own private resort. The views were absolutely stunning, and every moment there felt like a dream. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was a highlight—especially during the cooler evenings. It made it easy to enjoy every part of our stay, no matter the weather. George, our host, was fantastic. He was always just a message away, ready with helpful suggestions and warm hospitality. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more special. We’re already dreaming about our return. Highly recommend!

The villa was absolutely stunning and had been designed with such an eye for detail. The villa was also immaculate and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The villa itself had everything you could possibly want, the pool and hot tub were exceptional and the facilities were just as pictured. The games room was a particular favourite of ours. The host was also fabulous! He met us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. Providing everything we needed to get settled as well as for our little one! We cannot wait to stay again! We hebben bijzonder genoten van de locatie en de villa. alle voorzieningen waren zoals beschreven en nieuw. Uitzicht was adembenemend en de villa bood voldoende privacy en rust ondanks dat er drie zelfde villa's naast elkaar staan. Strandje, restaurants en supermarkt waren op loopafstand. Dus we hadden geen huurauto nodig. Plaatsje Agia Pelagia was ook op loopafstand. Is nog redelijk traditioneel Grieks vissersdorp maar wel redelijke toeristisch. Al met al een geweldig verblijf gehad waarbij de host, weliswaar op afstand en zonder persoonlijk contact, steeds online actief was, snel reageerde en proactief informatie verschafte.

Wat een heerlijke eerste vakantie met onze dochter van 14 maanden! Ons verblijf in de luxe villa overtrof echt al onze verwachtingen – in werkelijkheid is het nóg mooier dan op de foto’s. Georgia, de verhuurster, was ongelooflijk vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld: babybedje, buggy, commode en zelfs een autostoel stonden al klaar. Toen we aangaven dat de stopcontacten precies op ooghoogte van onze kleine zaten, werd deze feedback tot onze verrassing de volgende dag opgevolgd en zijn de stopcontacten kindveilig gemaakt. Hoewel er net voor onze aankomst een flinke zandstorm was geweest, was daar niets meer van te merken. Alles was brandschoon en hygiënisch. Dankzij de geweldige service, warme ontvangst en prachtige accommodatie voelden we ons meteen thuis. Het was onze eerste keer op Kreta, maar zeker niet de laatste – we raden deze plek van harte aan!

We had the best week here. It’s so peaceful and calm. The villa is stunning with sea views and so many areas to relax and enjoy the sun. It was incredibly well stocked and they left us lots of welcome treats and basics like bread, milk, juice, fruit, cake etc. would highly recommend!

Villa was incredible! Beautiful house, great location, gorgeous yard and pool area. Right next to the beach and restaurants and near grocery/market. Magical time had by myself and goddaughters! We will never forget it 💗

Our family of five visited for just three nights. It was too short – wish we could’ve stayed longer as the house is just amazing. House has gorgeous views, is well appointed and modern. We love to swim in the ocean so walked down to the swimmable beach area 1-2 day to swim. Andrew the house concierge met us upon arrival and gave us a walk through which was super helpful. He also baked us delicious baklava which we nibbled on the whole trip - what a treat. He also helped with restaurants and a boat booking. Definitely rent a car if you are staying here as there isn’t anything walking distance but driving to restaurants and parking was very easy.

Der Check-In hat super geklappt, obwohl unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir erst um 00:30 Uhr im Dorf ankamen. Maria hat auf uns gewartet und uns willkommen geheißen, vielen Dank! Der Ort selbst ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, der aber wegen Saisonende leider schon dauerhaft geschlossen hatte. Die umliegenden Strände sind sehr idyllisch und teilweise waren wir sogar die einzigen dort. Zu den typischen Kreta-Sehenswürdigkeiten ist es sehr weit zu fahren, dafür hat man hier gute Entspannung ohne viel Trubel. Genauso, wie wir es wollten.

Het is een heerlijke plek op slechts een paar meter van de zee. Rondom het huis zijn verschillende zitjes, zodat je altijd een plekje in de zon of juist schaduw hebt. Het voelt echt als een paradijs op aarde waar je heerlijk tot rust komt. Het is zeker een plek om nog eens terug te komen

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien in Dimitris Appartement. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit qualitativ hochstehenden Möbel und es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Die Terasse hat einen einzigartigen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und wir haben viele schöne Stunden dort verbracht. Dimitris ist super freundlich, stets erreichbar und mit hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. hat er uns sehr geholfen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen hat er uns auch organisiert und es hat bestens geklappt. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fussgängig gut erreichbar und die Busstation ist gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite. Wir können das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen, für uns das schönste bisher und wir werden gerne an die Zeit zurückdenken und bald mal wiederkommen.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was better than expected! The location was great, we had easy beach access to a relatively quiet part of the beach. There were loads of great restaurants near us and we could walk into the town centre within 35 mins. Lovely amenities and very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and square from our window. Pool was great with a lovely bar. Check-in was very easy and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rethimno and looking to have a peaceful area to stay and don’t mind walking into town.

We absolutely loved our time here! The listing description was spot on. No surprises as everything was exactly as described. The best part was 100% the beach! Its literally right in front of the apartment! Falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves every night was so nice. Agia Pelagia itself is ideal for a relaxed vacation. The beach is peaceful, very clean, and has a great mix of sandy spots for lounging. There’s also a solid variety of restaurants nearby, plus plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops just a short walk away. Everything you need is within walking distance. I came here with my best friend and we had the most amazing time. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Alles war perfekt. Unser Gastgeber und seine Eltern haben sich bestens gekümmert. Das Ferienhaus ist toll ausgestattet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Es fehlte uns an nichts, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Im Außenbereich gibt es schöne Plätze, um sich im Schatten gut aufhalten zu können. Die Außendusche ist prima, wenn man vom Strand kommt. Insgesamt alles rund und empfehlenswert, auch wenn die Anreise vom Flughafen Heraklion fast 3 Stunden gedauert hat.
