The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

Our house is just 30 meters from the central square of Elati. The visitors have the ability to organize nearby excursions such as the ski center of Pertouli at a distance of 13 km, in Neraidochori, in Pyli, in the city of Trikala as well as the lake Plastira and Meteora Kalambaka.
