What a gem! It's perfect for a family of three, four or even five. We love music so didn't mind hearing it from the neighboring beach club/restaurant like some of the other past guests. It never bothered us. The indoor space has everything you need to dine and sleep in comfort, while the outdoor area is the true attraction. Seconds away from swimming, spacious garden for hanging out and plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely return if we visit the beautiful town of Chanioti in the future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the beach house, literally five steps away from the beach, where we were greeted by Toroni the house cat and her kitten! The historical house was recently renovated so everything is brand new, the house is very roomy and cozy, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything we needed was there, even some breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge! The host Michaela is very friendly and answered our questions quickly, everything worked out well even though we had no chance to meet in person. For an off-season visit this place was a perfect quiet getaway.

George is an extremely responsive guy and involved in everything he does. I had an extremely good time at his place, as proof I also booked for the year 2025.

Great stay and a kind host!

Super equipped terrace with picturesque views of the sea and harbor. When you sit here, you don't want to get up anymore. The turquoise of the sea is reflected in the lovingly designed apartment and especially on the terrace. This is Greece! The bathroom and kitchen are small but you live on the terrace. Several tavernas nearby invite guests to enjoy themselves. Paulina is a very thoughtful and friendly host. Beach towels and parasol were provided for the Caribbean-looking dream beaches. Paulina was also very helpful with personal problems. We felt very comfortable with Paulina and can only recommend the apartment due to the good value for money. Thank you so much for the beautiful give-away.

Our family had an amazing time! The place was very clean and the location is prefect for the families with kids. We definitely will come back. Elena is very friendly and communication with her was easy!

We were two for 1 week in apartment 3. Sitting on the large balcony and enjoying the view was wonderful, we slept very well in the spacious bed, mosquito repellent is available everywhere. The bathroom is small but functional, the kitchen is well equipped incl coffee machine, kettle and sufficient dishes, there were even sharp knives. Paulina welcomed us very nicely and was always there for questions and problems. We liked the apartment and the surroundings very much, far from mass tourism

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

Excellent location for town and beach. Studio was beautiful and spotless with pool and loungers a hop and a skip from front door. Lovely.

Amazing house - the location was absolutely perfect - close to the restaurants, but not exactly in the loud touristic street area. The beach is a stonethrow away, so we had the chance to go to the beach and then come back to the house's porch and chill there. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Any minor issues we had, Marina took care of immediately. She was a great host, we had a lovely time

The room was equipped with everything and the conditions were very good. The view is absolutely wonderful, and from the terrace you can admire Mount Athos in all its splendor. Also, the location is very convenient, being close to the most beautiful beach on Thassos, Psili Ammos. I highly recommend this accommodation!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, with a great location – close to the town but still very private and peaceful. Communication with the host was easy, and check-in was hassle-free with a code. The room was cozy with a fantastic view, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing – pool, sun loungers, and a chill atmosphere. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent vacation place! Very chill, boho style - just loved it! Everything was as described, even above expectations:) Afytos centre is 7-10 mins walk, quite conveniently.

The Accommodation is in first impression of Spartan, but it is very comfortable and really comfortable. We really liked the quiet and central location compared to all the feasible activities on the island. Christof was a very helpful and present person as needed. Overall we really liked the vacation and highly recommend it.
