Wonderful places close to the beach in a very non-touristic area. A couple of really authentic eateries in the vicinity and the peace and quiet of the large garden which you are free to use. That and a couple of very nice hosts. Lovely place to relax.

The house is very convenient to have a nice time in Skyros. It is 100m from the beach of Polismata and not even a 5’drive from that of Molos. It has shade and cool spots throughout the day long and offers a lot of privacy. In the neighborhood there is the tavern of Stelios, the bakery and a mini market difference. The location is very good for exploring the island by car. Very convenient for young children as it has an enclosed courtyard that offers safety and lots of toys! The communication with Mirella is excellent, it generously offers all the secrets of the house and the island. We felt at home.

Our party of 4 adults, one 7 yr old and one baby loved our stay! Manto even allowed our family members to park their RV/camper on the property. The kids played in the garden every day, they especially loved the cats. We enjoyed hikes up the hill, walks on the beach and used the kayaks provided at the property multiple times. We came off season in October and there were very people which we loved, very peaceful. The property is remote which we knew beforehand. It’s 20 min drive to a small store and 30+ minutes to a grocery store. We went to Athens area a few times and the nearby adventure park which we highly recommend for kids. What a gem! It's perfect for a family of three, four or even five. We love music so didn't mind hearing it from the neighboring beach club/restaurant like some of the other past guests. It never bothered us. The indoor space has everything you need to dine and sleep in comfort, while the outdoor area is the true attraction. Seconds away from swimming, spacious garden for hanging out and plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely return if we visit the beautiful town of Chanioti in the future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the beach house, literally five steps away from the beach, where we were greeted by Toroni the house cat and her kitten! The historical house was recently renovated so everything is brand new, the house is very roomy and cozy, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything we needed was there, even some breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge! The host Michaela is very friendly and answered our questions quickly, everything worked out well even though we had no chance to meet in person. For an off-season visit this place was a perfect quiet getaway.

We had a very short but wonderful stay and wish we could stay longer. We didn’t have much time to explore the surrounding area but the residence itself was perfect. The pool was great.

Lovely place, we couldn't believe it was really as pictured! Huge green grass, with private and direct access to the sea. It is important to note that the sea is sometimes a bit windy,and the entrance to it is not always easy, especially with children. There are a lot of sea urchins on the way in. The house is very clean, tidy and fully equipped. Tina is always available and helpful. We were two families, with 2 and 3 children, and we had a little cramped in terms of sleeping arrangement, but most of the time we stayed outside, in the cozy yard, equipped with quality and comfortable garden furniture. ! We had a great time! Thanks Tina!

We had a very pleasant week in this house, and we didn't want to leave at all…. It is located in a quiet area, with access to a small private beach below that we found really paradise! The house itself is small but warm, comfortable and rather cool. Outside there is a small, intimate and shaded terrace, ideal for lunch outside, and another larger terrace from where you have beautiful sea views. The environment is quite green (lemon trees, fig trees, eucalyptus, olive trees...) and beautifully furnished. The port of Néa Styra is only a few kilometers away, easy to access, and there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafes, etc., in a rather family and typical atmosphere. It changes tourist spots... still provide mosquito repellents, because although the house is equipped with screens on all openings, they are a little broken in the evening. We'll be happy to go back! Excellent location for town and beach. Studio was beautiful and spotless with pool and loungers a hop and a skip from front door. Lovely.

From my experience, Dimitris was an excellent host, always picks up the phone and willing to help and answer our questions. The house was very clean and we were even provided with some drinks and fruit to snack on. I would definitely visit again!

Laura's place is well equipped and perfect for vacations. All of Laura's family was helpful and friendly, they picked us up from the port and guided us to the accommodation. They gave us plenty of advice for the island which is very beautiful and full of small serene beaches.

We stayed at Kypsalos Bungalows with my wife and our 5 months old daughter. We were a bit worried that the place didn’t have many reviews on Airbnd, but we were proved wrong. The place definitely deserts recommendation. The bungalow complex is new and well maintained. Everything is clean inside and outside, the garden is beautiful and well maintained. The shared pool was clean and almost always empty and available for ourselves. A bungalow is perfect for 2 - 4 people, it is well equipped and very stylish. There was everything we needed an Dimitris and his family were very accommodating to all our requests. The beach is only 2 min away by car and in my experience it is one of the most beautiful beaches on the peninsula. It has a soft sand and clean water. There were not so many people, but this can depend on the season. The sunsets are gorgeous. You can either enjoy a beach bar with sun beds and umbrellas or stay nearby on a wild beach which is also nice. I highly recommend staying at Kypsalos Bungalows. The only thing to consider - you need your own beach / swimming pool towels, as neither accommodation nor beach bar are equipped with them.

I like the quiet private small building where we live in potaria, the furniture and decoration are vintage vintage style, extremely well matched with the old village, of course, the stove utensils, refrigerator, oven, etc. Now, if you come in the winter, you can also roast the fire in the traditional fireplace and watch the white snow outside the window, if we have the opportunity to come back in winter, we are willing to stay in this house.The room is very clean. The Despina family is very friendly. When I checked in, I waited in the house to answer all the questions that included the guidebook. Their extremely cute four-year-old daughter also helped me move things from the car to the house. She is very cute.The niche beaches and restaurants recommended by the Despina family also made us with our beautiful memories.

Super equipped terrace with picturesque views of the sea and harbor. When you sit here, you don't want to get up anymore. The turquoise of the sea is reflected in the lovingly designed apartment and especially on the terrace. This is Greece! The bathroom and kitchen are small but you live on the terrace. Several tavernas nearby invite guests to enjoy themselves. Paulina is a very thoughtful and friendly host. Beach towels and parasol were provided for the Caribbean-looking dream beaches. Paulina was also very helpful with personal problems. We felt very comfortable with Paulina and can only recommend the apartment due to the good value for money. Thank you so much for the beautiful give-away.

We stayed here after our flight being cancelled but wished we had stayed the whole time rather than the previous accommodation in Athens as it was so nice! We met the owner on arrival who was great! Very helpful and informative, friendly and welcoming felt very welcome. Everything was spotless inside and out. Short walk down to the beach where there were some nice restaurants and other amenities. Highly recommend!
