Martin is an easy host to communicate and his place is amazing with all the things you will need as if you were at your own place.

Perfect location, a short walk to the train station! The apartment was huge, equipped with everything necessary, and easily accessible! Also, the hosts were great and very responsive. And it was clean. No complaints!

The apartment is on the 11th floor of a high-rise building with two elevators. It looks exactly like in the pictures, is extremely well maintained and clean. It was also very quiet there. Only a little noise from the street could be heard. Everything necessary was really available and dozens of shopping opportunities, as well as very good restaurants were within walking distance. The paths to the hiking areas on the German and Czech sides were nice and close. In addition, the view over the entire city is really priceless.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, the location is perfect for me, close to the sports hall and really close to the shop, pharmacy, relatively close to the east station. The apartment is very spacious and cozy, the living room and bedroom are situated towards a quiet area full of greenery. What I have to say is the above-standard amenities of the apartment compared to another accommodation in Děčín. Bathroom equipped with shower gels, creams, plenty of towels and bath towels.. I didn't miss anything and look forward to staying here again. 🙂

Super nice location, you have many possibilities to move around and get out. There are no shopping facilities nearby; this should be done beforehand. It can get a little loud in the evening, so be sure to watch the events in advance. We give a clear recommendation.

Very nice place in perfect location for weekend trip to Saxon Switzerland National park or Bohemian Switzerland National park. Even though we didn’t meet Jan in person the check in was very smooth and we received also voucher for local coffee place where we had chance to enjoy breakfast in our last day! We can definitely recommend!

Communication was super friendly and fast! We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is located directly on the Elberadweg and is therefore well suited for cyclists.

We spent a long weekend with our son and family dog in Ceska Lipa. We had a great time and enjoyed all the comfort this nice flat could offer. I would recommend this appartment for a family stay. It’s clean, nicely decorated and equiped.

Great stay with great helpful people..with motorcycle breakdown they really did everything for us. Definitely recommended to go to in the Czech Republic .. the house was just finished and everything was taken care of to the last detail.. we thank our hostess and host for everything... It’s easy to find and supermarket is just down stairs. The parking on a Friday night is quite intense. Thank you to Veronica’s quick response.

Elisardo is an artist and has designed his Antoni Gaudi-style mosaic house. Elisardo is a friendly, helpful and accommodating host. We felt very comfortable and would come back on occasion.

We stayed in the apartment for a few days and were very satisfied. The space is small, but absolutely sufficient and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Particularly beautiful was the garden – quiet, green and lovingly landscaped – and the small terrace, where you could relax wonderfully. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, you felt immediately welcome. Perfect for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Clear recommendation!

Amazing peaceful place! We had a great time, enjoyed the room, the hot tub and breakfast very much. The area around the Airbnb is quiet and very green. The hosts are very friendly. We definitely recommend it!

Everything was available for use and looked as in the photos. Patrik was on time and showed us how to use the bania and a sauna. We also got some recommendations on where to go, which we used to walk around the lake in Hamr nad Jezere and Chrástenský vodopád. There is also the possibility of buying local wine, which I appreciate as a wine-loving person. Bania is built in a way that offers privacy and great night views over the overlooking "Badger rock" and a forest. For people who love nature, there is a chance to spot a lot of birds 🦅(we saw, i.e. some buzzards and a black stork). There are also nearby stray cats, which we took plenty of photos of :) The property rented by Patrik has a view of a hill with a 1937 wooden house. For people coming from Poland, even though the owner is Czech he speaks quite good polish. Very relaxing place, highly recommended for those who love nature, campfire, and to relax in a bania or sauna, but if you must use your phone, there is working wifi :)

The property and grounds are very nice. The apartment looks just like the pictures and is very clean. In addition, everything you need in a kitchen is available. In the yard you can sit very well and also use the grill. In the wellness area you can relax in the whirlpool and sauna. Jacob was always available. All in all very nice if you want a quiet stay. In the village there are 2 restaurants, a penny market and an outdoor pool. 10 km away you are at a very nice, large bathing lake with bars and restaurants.

Amazing flat in a very nice environment. Good for a relaxing stay with the whole family.

Lovely stay at the Trapani House! It’s even nicer than on the pictures, the surrounding garden was very nice!
