We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's. She had all the luxuries of home and so many added amenities that we needed. The location was perfect from a short walk to downtown and the beach. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio in the early mornings chatting with the squirrels, bunnies and baby geese as they visited us. She provided us with a parking pass to downtown and she was very prompt when we asked questions. We definitely would like to rebook next year.

Jacki's place was a beautifully decorated and super clean 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, cooking items, and even coffee for the coffee machines! The bathroom shower was exceptional with it's tiled surface! A great place that we'd rent again! It was a great location for Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches!

Great place, great location, great amenities, the only thing that wasn’t great was the weather but the location and amenities of her place made our stay great. Did I say great? Lol.

I had a great stay - it was exactly what I was looking for to have a peaceful quiet place to sleep while attending a music festival in Ocean City, MD. Their place was easy to find, and easy to check in and check out. The suite was pristine clean, lots of space, well lit, and the beds were quite comfortable with what felt like a gel-foam type mattress that was not too soft or too firm. The air conditioning with remote control made for very comfortable sleeping after long days. The provided coffee maker and selection of coffee pods was very thoughtful. A midsized refrigerator is also provided that has more than enough space for my weekend supplies. The bathroom was super clean with excellent hot water and water pressure in the shower. Truly a really excellent stay if you’re looking for a quiet peaceful location that is also super close to attractions like Ocean City. I look forward to returning to this Airbnb for future stays.

This is my second time staying here, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We always have a great time. Everything is always clean and tidy. Thank you for having us again.

Erin was a great host. She was well communicative and was kind enough to adjust our dates when I got sick two days before our trip. Her place exceeded our expectations. It had such a cozy feel to it and even made me miss our days of living in an apartment. Everything was clean and tidy and well stocked. Since it is an apartment we did hear other people moving around above us and outside every now and then but it didn’t really affect our stay. The only thing that I wished were different were curtains (as opposed to just blinds) being in the bedrooms because the lights from the parking lot kept the room pretty well lit at night and the sun came through really early in the morning. Even with that we would stay again.

We stayed here for one month. It was comfortable and clean. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, directly across the street from a park that has a great, paved walking trail.

This was our first time using an air bnb and I must say that I was very impressed. The place was very nice, clean and inviting. It felt like home when you walked in, the area was convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. The little details they had such as a guest book to sign, games, beach furniture, binder with information such as passwords to WiFi and streaming services , beaches , recommendations for places to visit or eat at etc. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The whole experience we had was great , not one complaint . Highly recommend staying here.

We had such a lovely time at the Blue Pearl! Karen is a wonderful host, very communicative and pleasant. The house was delightful and exactly as described. Slaughter Beach is private and peaceful with its own charms, the wildlife being one of them. Great stay!

Great host, very responsive, lovely home, central to everything we wanted to do.

This is a very family friendly home and beach. The beach was very close and so private. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The way the house was divided into three living spaces on each floor was really great for our situation. There were so many amenities, such as the kayaks, the fishing poles, and the bikes. I also really liked how the kitchen was well stocked, which made it feel very homelike. The host was very responsive - within 10 minutes, even late at night. Area is nice & close to Rehoboth boardwalk, about a 30 minute drive. This is my first time in a northern East Coast beach, and it was really great. It was a bay, so there were not a ton of waves, which worked out well for our kids. But for a bay, it did seem really close to open ocean as well, so I didn’t feel like we were missing out. There was so much wildlife in the area. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sharks, and of course, horseshoe crabs. Recommend 100%. Bring bug (mosquito) spray - only negative. Will stay again!

We spent a lovely long weekend at this home with family for a wedding. The home was exactly as described; extremely clean, welcoming and decor was beautiful. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach in addition to being close & convenient to town. The hostess was wonderful to work with; friendly and quick in responses. Work highly recommended to others and would most definitely stay here again!!

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

We had a great stay over the long Memorial Day weekend with our pup! The house is absolutely beautiful, new, and pristine. TJ was more than accommodating - with the early check-in to the snacks and coffee bar provided. The lights were even on, prior to our arrival, with light music playing. The fenced in backyard is beyond convenient, and we also spent some time on the front porch too. We will most certainly be back - thank you again for hosting us!

This place allowed us to enjoy our stay while we were in town for a wedding. We were able to take our two dogs with us and the fenced in backyard just made things even easier. Everything was very nice, clean, and maybe little details that added to the coziness. If we ever find ourselves back in Wilmington, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

Crystal helped our stay in DE go flawlessly. She was quick to respond to the couple of questions I had and her place was easy to get to and met our needs perfectly. Would highly recommend !

We enjoyed the quietness of the condo community and the beautiful view of the bay from the back porch. Neither one of us are ocean swimmers, so it was a treat to be able to come home from the beach, shower at the pool house and then spend a few hours relaxing in the pool. We also were surprised how conveniently located the condo is to grocery stores, restaurants etc..Thank you, Stephanie for providing a comfortable, affordable place to stay.

It was truly the perfect location to stay for my son’s wedding which was at the Hyatt Place right next door! An amazing experience all around from the beautiful beach decor, lovely views of the bay & ocean & convenience of walking everywhere in Dewey! The condo was clean, nicely furnished & had a well-equipped kitchen to make us feel right at home. The host was very welcoming & quick to respond to any questions we had. The wedding venue was beautiful and our stay here made the weekend even more special! It will always be one of my favorite memories.

Terri’s place was such a cozy home! It had a lot of charm to it, great location, lovely balcony, and it was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay by the Delaware beaches.

Great host, very responsive. Great location. The only minor issue was the check out process was a bit excessive, wanting the guest to put the sheets and towels in the washer and take the trash out. I thought that’s what cleaning people were for. Overall, though, I would stay again.

We had a great time at this property. It was very comfortable and we loved the location. The location is so close to the outlets and great restaurants and not a far drive to the beach and boardwalk. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We found the furnishings to be very comfortable and the place was very toddler (4 year old) friendly. Our host was very kind and checked in frequently to make sure we had no issues. Would definitely recommend both host and property. We plan to visit again! Thank you Maria for a great stay :)
