Great and quiet stay! Very comfortable chalet.

João's inn is super charming! As my wife said, "Everything here has a repertoire." It's a great place to relax - and for those who have a dog, it's really worth it. João has three super polite friends who make great company for your pet. Not to mention the region where the inn is located, which is so quiet that it seems like we've gone deaf... This is a relief for those who live in the hustle and bustle of the city.

The accommodation is ideal for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature. The house has everything we need for a relaxing weekend, and even with the cold weather (something we were looking for), we were well warmed. The shower is great, with very hot water even on the coldest days, and the electric bed sheet ensured cozy nights. A special detail is the stream that passes through the property, making the environment even more charming. As for access: we came via Fernão Dias, and the route was smooth, even with the stretches of dirt road in good condition coming from Cambuí. The GPS is almost always accurate, but in the last 15 minutes, on the most rural roads, it can give some inaccurate directions. But, with a little attention, you can get there without difficulty. I recommend it for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a cozy retreat!

A place of peace, the feeling with nature is indescribable. Sleeping to the sound of the waterfall is priceless. Comfortable house, helpful hosts and good people. I recommend it to everyone who wants to rest and enjoy a beautiful place. Hot water in the shower and in the hot tub.

Very cozy Chalé, with everything we need to feel at home, but without excess. The place is wonderful, quiet and with a lush nature all around. The road to reach is quite steep and not very favorable in the rain. But this distance from the urban is also what makes the chalet charm. My family and I love it and we will definitely be back!

Gustavo and Cris are amazing! Super helpful and always available, the place is perfect for those who want to rest in extreme comfort, everything is top quality, even the bed heats up! The pool is super warm and the indoor and outdoor fireplace is super practical and cozy. We'll be back more often.

Our stay was amazing, the cottage is exactly as in the photos, it's very easy to find, and you can walk to Capivari, everything was impeccable and met all our expectations, we will definitely come back other times.

The place is beautiful and very peaceful, with a lake and private waterfall, a delight for walking barefoot. Clarice is super responsive and so so kind. We loved it and will certainly be back, our Border Collie had the most fun.

I always go to camps and this year I decided to choose a more private accommodation, in a very quiet place and live an experience with a lot of contact with nature. That's exactly what I found in this accommodation. A wonderful climate due to the surrounding nature, an incredible sky at night where I could contemplate and explore with a telescope that was there, enjoy wonderful moments around the fireplace and enjoy every corner of this place. I had everything I needed, with peace of mind, feeling very safe and at the same time in a few minutes I was in the restaurants and shops. A great cost-benefit. The hostess was wonderful, excellent service, helping me with everything I needed. I will definitely be back to stay longer.

Livia was super responsive and concerned about us having a good time. Amazing view is one of the prettiest things you will see in a lifetime on a clear, sunny day. Only thing is if it is raining you should probably have a 4x4 vehicle to get up the dirt inclines.

My stay was excellent from beginning to end. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described in the photos. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, and all the details showed affection and attention to the guests. My wife and I were very well received, with sympathy and availability to help with whatever was needed. Breakfast was complete and all the staff were attentive. The location is also great, about 5 minutes from the center. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay without any negative surprises!

Simply amazing! The cottage is an experience of environment, service, good humor and peace. I recommend to everyone come here! I will return more often without a doubt.

We travel with two daughters and a small dog, to rest and meet Gonçalves. The cottage is modern, comfortable. There is a small kitchen in each of the cottages (there are two) with two stove mouths and a minibar, but we don't even use it. There is a common area with a stove/oven, wood-fired oven, refrigerator and a larger sink, which we used (we only had us there). Unfortunately the gas oven, though again, was in trouble, and we couldn't use it. We ended up using the wood burning oven/stove to bake cheese bread. There is a part of the property, crossing the road, with a small trail and access to the river, where you can bathe. This same river just below turns into Simão Waterfall. From the rooms you can hear clearly the noise of waterfalls. By car is about 15 minutes to the city, by road mainly of terrra, very good. We used Amanda's towels and bedding, which were clean and organized. There are some games and a small garden with spices. A great stay option.

Perfect is a very simple word to describe our best Airbnb experience. Entire functional house, every detail thought out for the guest's convenience and comfort. The kitchen utensils, the bathroom amenities, the bed sheets, everything is top quality. We miss absolutely nothing. I thought it was even more beautiful than in the photos. We love spending the weekend at an Airbnb and this is what gave us the best experience. The surrounding nature is truly enchanting. As if all that wasn't enough, she also gifted us with five incredible friends: four dogs and a kitten, which we almost brought back with us. The only problem with this Airbnb is that it has raised the bar too high for the next ones. We gave 5 stars, because there's no more.

We had a very pleasant time at the accommodation. I believe we chose the best option in Gonçalves, as it is right in front of the waterfall, beautiful view, pleasant sound of the running waters, privacy, comfort... in short, everything is very pleasant. We were me, husband and son of 7 years old. Perfect location to disconnect from the routine and still near Campos do Jordao and Sto. Antônio do Pinhal, which is a very pleasant city without the capacity of Campos. We all love the chalet and the whole place. Drinking mineral water delight in all the faucets, super-comfortable beds, orchard, garden, trail, the whole space decorated with great affection. Chalé equipped with everything we need. The site's animals are a separate detail, my son loved it. Dani and the whole team are very caring and kind. Everything and everyone around there has a differentiated energy. We barely left and want to go back.

The place is charming, the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Karina's service was excellent. Clean, well-equipped place, perfect for those seeking tranquility, contact with nature and outdoor activities. Improvement points: I missed the iron, the fireplace is a bit of a hassle to keep lit. The dirt road that gives access to the cottage is the only drawback. It was in terrible condition, I was thankful it hadn't rained. It also has no lighting and is poorly signposted. Tips: If you intend to make the most of the city's attractions and seek convenience, I suggest re-evaluating the stay. The road to the center is long and traffic often doesn't help. Always leave the chalet early to return before 9:00 pm. The road frightens the night, but the place does not appear to be violent.

the cottage is beautiful! everything was very well organized and clean. The super equipped kitchen. We were able to make good use of everything the house offers, including the gold, because it was a good time. We had a power outage scheduled by Cemig for maintenance in the morning - but that did not hinder our experience. The night sky is impressive, I highly recommend lighting the fire and gathering friends while telling good stories. We had a great trip and made many beautiful memories.
