Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before coming to Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There are 1 container and 1 house in the same area. It's a virgin place at the foot of the Logos forests. There are fields, fruit trees, fire fields in the land. The stream flows through the land. It is 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot to the village center. There are also 5 to 8 acres of land around it, sparse houses. It is a small cumin of photographers, painters and designers.

The land has a small trailer, lots of colorful flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The closest house is 400 meters away. This place is perfect to enjoy the sea, your family or friends without any interruptions. The only thing you might be bothered by are the bright stars at night.

There are a total of 6 beds in the house, three of them are double, the house has a sea view and has a terrace, you can eat against the sea in the field, the walking distance to the beach is 300 meters, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher in the house, there is everything you need the bathroom has a shower cabin and hot water is provided with an instant heater

There is a mini fridge and an electric stove, for which we haven't added images yet. There is a water heater in the bathroom. Heating is provided by a wood stove.
