From simply reading a book facing the lake on the patio, walking on the lake (when well frozen) or enjoying a quiet nap, swimming in the heated private pool or jacuzzi, it is simply paradise. Once you come and enjoy our place, you only want to come back again. There is always something to entertain your stay. Private Studio, with no direct interaction with the hosts. About 15 minutes from Gatineau and 20 minutes from Ottawa by car. For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you can access the spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A lunchbox breakfast is included. Perfect for workers or tourists. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the studio). The studio is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

Lake house apartment close to Wakefield

New furnished lake house apartment by a quiet and clean lake with no motorboats. Lounge in the quiet setting or explore Wakefield and Gatineau Park's recreational activities. The walkout basement apartment has a direct view of the lake. You have your own parking space and entrance door. You can come and go as you please. Wakefield waterfront on the Gatineau river. Great views of and only a few steps from the iconic covered bridge and a short walk to restaurants, pubs and cafes. Two fireplaces, two decks, and plenty of parking. This is a brand new home that we are sure you will enjoy. Respectful, courteous guests only. The magnificent views from the home and the two large decks come with some effort and this vacation paradise is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
