Tiny house holiday rentals in Derbyshire

Lovely lodge, even more spacious than the photos show! Very clean and plenty of amenities for cooking etc. The lake was peacful and very centrally located for things to do in the area such as bike rides, Conkers, furnace museum etc. A good Coop a few mins walk away and bigger supermarkets a short drive. The bistro on site, run by Joanne did the most amazing brunches and HUGE slabs of homemade cake. I wish we had discovered this before our last day! Highly recommend a meal by the lake side. They do beer and wine too but its only open until 4pm so make the most of it during your stay!

Absolutley lovely, the cabin was incredible with gorgeous views and very easy to access. Incredible offerings aswell, and very clean and tidy. Will definatley be staying again and will be recommending to friends and family. 10 out of 10

The Hut had everything you needed for a weekend away. Sits in a beautiful location and is very peaceful. Clean, tidy and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

I had a pleasant stay at Jay's. The place was clean, private, and quiet, with clear instructions provided throughout. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

A wonderful stay at this scenic roundhouse, a short drive to some glorious peaks and local pubs! There were enough facilities to cook if we wanted to and we woke up to stunning views

This is a beautiful, cosy little cottage in a perfect, peaceful location. The cottage is perfect for two (and a dog!) and has everything you could need for your stay. There are so many walks from your doorstep and maps have been provided for excellent local walks. Annette is a brilliant host, going above and beyond during our stay. She is full of information about the area, both before and during our visit, with plenty of recommendations for good places to eat and visit. We visited two of the pubs she recommended and they were fantastic, and dog friendly! (The Black Lion & The Lazy Trout). We absolutely loved our stay and would love to go back soon.

We decided last minute to go away for the evening and stumbled across this Shepherds hut, so glad we did. From the first message, Sharron was so responsive, helpful and friendly. When we arrived her Husband was there to greet us and show us around, he was also so lovely and friendly. The hut itself was perfect, clean, cozy, comfortable and private. Just what we needed for a relaxing evening. Theres a pub a short walk from the hut too, we had a nice evening meal there. Absolutely wonderful place and hosts. Thank you ☺️

The Annex is a great place to stay. It’s very comfortable, local to the village pub and shop. Two minutes walk. And also to great walks. My furthest drive was 20 minutes to park and walk. Alison and Neil are extremely knowledgeable about the walks and willing to talk about them if you ask. Also very dog friendly. Totally recommend the Annex as a good base.

Marcin was very welcoming on arrival, he walked us through the places and gave clear instructions. Now the stay, everything was as shown and described, yes it is next to a play park and field and yes it is down the side of his home but it was private, peaceful and with it being sunny the place as a whole looked amazing, just standing in the yard with how it looks and feels felt as though we was not in the Uk. sitting in the hot tub watching netflix at night is a first for us and made the stay 100% worth the stay. well done to the hosts as a whole.

This is a great cosy place to stay when visiting Matlock. Location 2 mins from centre. The accommodation is very clean and tidy with everything you would need amenities wise and also has its own parking bay opposite. The best compliment I can give is that I would book again.

Beautiful place to stay. Shepards hut was cosy and well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the copper bath. Enjoyed exploring the local area.

Beautiful little cabin/ tree house. Everything we needed & so much more. Quirky little trinkets everywhere you looked. Loved the Norwegian viking theme. (& the cute little mouse house) We've stayed in some lovely little places & this is definitely one of our favourites. Could really feel the family & the happy memories created there. Just lovely. 🥰 Beautiful garden. Can't wait to return in the summer to enjoy it & have a fire pit etc. Listening to the rain & the toasty fire burning was just as perfect though. We had an amazing two night stay here. The shepherds hut had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. It's a great location to explore the local area from as well as being able to enjoy peace and quiet, and enjoy the hot tub! Would highly recommend

A true hidden gem! This off-grid shepherd’s hut is the perfect place to switch off and relax. The hut is absolutely beautiful inside and out- and the wood burner hot tub was incredible! We had an amazing weekend here, it was totally private and just what we wanted. Ideal for anyone needing a proper escape. The extra touches that were included such as mini bottles of bubbly and fresh milk in the fridge just made it. Can’t wait to return- thank you so much!

Absolutely incredible getaway for me and my partner. The animals were so so lovely, especially the little black cat! Spectacular view - would recommend to everyone!!

Tam was a great host with excellent communication. The railway cabin was well presented and in an ideal location, perfect for a few nights away in the Peak District.

Such a lovely and peaceful stay. The shepherd’s hut was perfect for a couple of nights and had everything we needed, and the eggs and milk upon arrival were a lovely touch. There are lots of beautiful walks straight from the shepherd’s hut, or otherwise it’s just a short drive to Bakewell and Chatsworth. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

We had an amazing few days at Vivienne and Chas' place. The Shepherds Hut was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and so relaxing. Vivienne had put lots of thoughtful touches throughout, including those specific to me and my husband. We're super appreciative and the hut is just what we needed - peace and quiet away from everyone! We really enjoyed our outdoor cooking and just sitting looking at the countryside. Thank you so much!!

we had a great stay in doveridge, lovely village we especially enjoyed the milkshake shack😂the home was very well equipped and cosy and ian and nici were super responsive to queries 😄

Excellent stay at the Shepard’s hut, it’s a cosy and quirky little place.. bed was comfy and the hot tub was great in morning and after a long day. Kate and Nathan were really friendly and helpful it’s also a lovely area . Would highly recommend
