Take it easy at this old fashion lake house and tranquil getaway right on the top of the water. Meant for 1 - 2 people, no kids, no pets please. This seasoned cottage sits right on the water's edge with the deck itself directly overtop of the waterfront, perfect for fishing, swimming, boating and sitting outside. The view is all water and the houses along the lake's shore. Enjoy the morning and afternoon sun and there are two single person kayaks. Life jackets by all are required at all times.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
