The house was cosy and centrally located. There was heaters in each room d electric blankets which complimented the indoor fireplace whilst dealing with the winter nights. The kitchen was well equipped with a well stocked pantry.

We were higher than the clouds! Full of Nostalgia and character, this home was a budget friendly, warm and spacious home. It came well equipped and was private. The wood fire on the crispy nights was perfect. It is set in an amazingly beautiful forest on a big mountain. The drive is stunning and the trees and mountains and river views are spectacular and endless. Beautiful local produce and friendly locals.

We had a very comfortable couple of nights at Fionas. Everything we needed for a home away from home stay.

We were lucky enough that there was a last minute booking available, my partner and I were camping and in desperate need of a refresh. The cottage was the perfect place to reset while also still feeling as if we were out in the open as we were surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the most adorable animals. We felt very welcomed as Michelle showed us around the home and gave fantastic recommendations for food and activities in the area when we checked in, and she gave us plenty of privacy for our stay. The cottage is stocked with plenty of furnishings and accessories to make it feel like a home away from home, and the fresh milk left for us in the fridge was delicious. Thank you so much for the most relaxing stay and we will definitely book again when we come back to Tassie 😊

My fiends and I had such a wonderfully relaxing stay at Louise’s Airbnb. Louise popped in to say hello and was very helpful and accomodating to our requests. The Airbnb was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The property has the most amazing views. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Louise for such a wonderful stay.

Love staying at Sharni’s place. It’s cosy and so quiet. Very convenient and the wood heater was perfect to warm up after a days riding in the rain. It’s got a home away from home feel. Sharni is very responsive and helpful.

What a beautiful and unique place. We loved the renovated bus. It was cosy and comfy, with lots of quirky, personal touches. The outdoor woodfired bath was a fantastic experience, and we enjoyed the wine, platter and homemade scones. Definitely highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The Hive far exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were great communicators and very helpful and kind. The place was spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable, generously provisioned and the beds and seating were comfortable. It was a delight to sit up in bed in the morning, or in the lounge room looking out over the bush. The location is great, close to Hobart, Kingston and the Huon A car is essential for exploring. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

Nice getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is cosy and maintains its traditional elements whilst still being a practical place to use. Beautiful and creative garden. Jo was very responsive if we had any issues.
