We booked the house to spend a few days with the family, along with our 4-year-old daughter and our dog. The house was very clean and organized, with impeccable bedding. Also, it is well ventilated and spacious. We were warmly welcomed by Lizandra and her father, which made us feel right at home. We'll be back for sure!

charming place! in the kitchen has all the utensils in fact even much more than necessary, cozy house, heated pool is the differential, for sure when I return to São Carlos, I will stay in this house, because better than this one I doubt think. just wonderful!!!!

Good place and very spacious. The only observation is that the kitchen gas ran out and we didn't use much, so we had to get by on the penultimate and last day

Do you think of a place to disconnect from the world? That's exactly what this house gave us! Cute place as a farm movie setting, with the amenities of the city. Descalvado is small, but it has conquered us... old buildings, quiet people...we love the experience as a whole. We took our dogs and, that made the trip even more magical! Milena received our last minute request as we had an emergency trip to São Carlos and thank God we found her 12 hours before the chek in the world with the greatest goodwill! If you seek quiet, this is the place. Located in the city, it seemed that we were in the countryside due to the nature present in the place… surrounded by trees and green, chirping birds, a forest around the neighborhood. There are shops nearby that you can even walk if you need anything in the emergency. The housewife always answered us very quickly when we needed something, very polite and proactive. The house is very beautiful, it has a very complete structure… benches to relax everywhere, sofa in the living room, pool, full kitchen, comfortable bed with pillows and covers, clean bathroom with towels, air conditioning, etc. We truly love and are very satisfied with everything.

i risk to say it's the best place for Carlos on Airbnb villas are amazing and very helpful people i was delighted with the birds that come to feed on the fence and with the interior and exterior space my tip is that they have more kitchen utensils i'll come back more often for sure
