Waterfront holiday rentals in Deschutes County

Loved our stay at Riverview cottage. Very clean, comfy bed, fabulous view. More than enough space for the two of us. Kitchen handy for breakfast and snacks. The Riverwalk access was great. Close to our friends and close to downtown. We walked everywhere!

We enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the river path was amazing! Loved the sound of the water through the windows. Everything was clean in the apartment and easy to find. Parking was plentiful and right next to our place! True to the pictures, the windows are right by the path and you can make direct eye contact with people going by. The curtains are able to fully block the view though so it’s easy to attain the amount of privacy you might want! Would be happy to stay again!

Very comfortable & cozy home, the view is gorgeous & the location is perfect. Such peaceful surroundings with lots of birds, geese, squirrels & deer. The Tumalo Bite down the street is a must!! We definetly recommend & plan on coming back!

Right on the golf course in sun valley. Very peaceful and quiet. Being able to bring the dogs with family makes it all worth it.

We loved our stay. We especially loved being able to hear the concerts while sitting on the porch swing. We enjoyed walking along the river and everything was super easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

My family of 14 (extended) were in town for my niece's wedding and this house was perfect for our 3 night stay! David was a responsive and friendly host.

Great spot right on the river. If you are into fishing and river floating, can’t think of a better spot. Clear communication throughout. Just note that it is not in Bend, it’s closer to Sunriver.

This cabin on the river is the most peaceful setting! We didn’t have the best weather for swimming but it would be such a blast in the sun, the riverside patio is so perfect and we had the best time having fires out there too. The house is spacious and cozy and fully outfitted with everything you could need which was so appreciated! The neighborhood is lovely and the visits from neighbor dogs were very cute and a definite plus for our group. Gorgeous area, perfect stay, we will definitely be back. This is a very special spot!

Lovely home. Really liked the open living to dining room with front deck attached. Beautiful front yard was perfect for hanging out in the shade with our dog and so close to a walking trail along water way. The place was spotless and had lots of good kitchen items for cooking. Great, private location with friendly neighbors. Really enjoyed our stay!

Was a nice setup. They were also very accommodating when we needed more sheets for the sofa bed.

This place drops you right in the middle of Bend! You get a river trail leading you to the most iconic park in town with restaurants, pubs, shopping all nearby. You don’t need to look anymore. You found “the place!”

Absolutely the best hosts I have ever stayed with. They gave us a tour and helped carry things in as soon as we got there. In the morning they had pastries on the table for us. He set up the grill and fire pit. And when we used their kayaks he carried them to the launch spot for us. They were so kind, the house was beyond perfect. They are some of the kindest people I have ever met. We all loved interacting with them. I will be back!!

The condo is close to downtown and walkable. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is the perfect size. Overall great location basically on the river. Clean and comfy place.

We checked in on Friday evening. We didn’t notice till later that the sink doesn’t work. It barely dripped water in the microwave was falling off the wall by the next morning. One of the toilets didn’t work. I text him in the morning with no response all day that evening I did call him and he answered the phone and was very responsive from that point on But with all these concerns, I asked for a credit and that became a little bit of a struggle . He gave us one nights credit at $115, we paid $183 a night which I did deduct interest, etc. and that’s what I got 183. We absolutely love where we were at the room. The place definitely had potential but needs more love.

Thanks for the trip. The deer foraging behind the unit while the river burbled away was a nice way to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

Our stay here was amazing! We were able to check in early, which was awesome. The location is beautiful and worked perfect for our mini getaway. My dog loved watching the birds and deer at the lake across from the unit.
