Downstairs you will find living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathroom. The loft has 2 queen beds. Small courtyard for outdoor seating & outdoor shower. Less than a five-minute walk to a private beach in Destin, Florida! This Gulf paradise ground floor condo is DOG FRIENDLY. Located in the Chateau La Mer resort complex guests have access to a private parking space, heated pool, tennis courts, and private beach access. There is not an ocean view with this condo. This condo is 850 sq ft. It works well for a couple with up to two children. We do not recommend more than three adults staying at one time.
