The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home.
