This small quaint Island Cottage Suite offers a comfortable and pleasant place to relax between travels about Kelleys Island where you will find trails to walk, beaches to stroll and swim as you observe the beauty of nature. There are extraordinary sunrises to the east and sunsets in the west of the island, kayaking, and historic sites such as Glacial Grooves, the Historic Museum, churches, restaurants with varied cuisines, also offerings of breakfast specials, and various interesting shops.

This bright and spacious loft is conveniently located between two of the best neighborhoods in Ann Arbor, Kerrytown and Water Hill. It is only a 10-minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques that Ann Arbor has to offer. It's right next door to the Ann Arbor Distilling Company and just around the corner from Kerrytown Marketplace and the Farmer's Market (every Wednesday and Saturday). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Private, secured parking is available for 1 car. Families are welcome, as are pets. We recommend families 3+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!
