Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

A small opportunity for two to experience a night and a day in nature, "so close to heaven." The overnight stay is on a 20 m high rock, with pine trees and a panoramic view of mountains and mountain villages. On the grounds in front of the hut you can sunbathe, lie in the hammock, enjoy the view, see the stars, feel the wind, etc. No heating! On correspondingly cold days, it is recommended to bring a sleeping bag! There is also camping tableware!

The studio with extra kitchen is modernly decorated and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It offers a cozy pine bed, a dining area for two, a private large loggia/terrace with sun loungers and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare simple meals, including a hob, fridge, coffee machine and kettle.
