Always wanted to stay in one of the oldest houses of Deventer? Fortunately, in my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), there is still much of the history in tact; the high anteroom, the low old first floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date back to the 14th century and survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located in a quiet street a stone's throw away from the IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

You like a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easy to reach. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
