Beach house holiday rentals in Dewey Beach

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful with lots of space and exceptionally well stocked. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the very comfortable screened in porch. A few nice surprises: the water pressure was fantastic, the washer and dryer are huge, and there was ample fridge space upstairs and a second one on the first floor. Paul was also very responsive during our stay and very nice! We’d love to come back again!

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

There are many nice features about the rental. Being by the Beach, the living spaces are on the second and third floor, so the dumbwaiter is helpful to transfer your luggage items to the top floors. With board games, bumper pool, shuffle board, arcade, 2 TV areas, large dining table and roof deck, there is plenty of entertainment in the house and plenty of nooks for everyone to occupy. All the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms except one. Roof deck has a great view of sunrise and sunset. On the ground floor, there are beach chairs, wagon, and kayaks available. We were there for Memorial weekend and horseshoe crabs were supposed to be beaching to mate at high tide, but unfortunately we didn't catch them at the right time. We still saw plenty of crabs and collected plenty of shells. The beach access is easy and feels so private. we love being away from the crowd. Rehoboth, Lewey, and Cape Henlopen state Park are only a short drive away for half day excursions. We all loved this trip!

We loved staying here for our family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas are available so we didn't need to bring ours! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Janna was very responsive to any concerns or needs. We would love to stay here again! highly recommend!

This is a very family friendly home and beach. The beach was very close and so private. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The way the house was divided into three living spaces on each floor was really great for our situation. There were so many amenities, such as the kayaks, the fishing poles, and the bikes. I also really liked how the kitchen was well stocked, which made it feel very homelike. The host was very responsive - within 10 minutes, even late at night. Area is nice & close to Rehoboth boardwalk, about a 30 minute drive. This is my first time in a northern East Coast beach, and it was really great. It was a bay, so there were not a ton of waves, which worked out well for our kids. But for a bay, it did seem really close to open ocean as well, so I didn’t feel like we were missing out. There was so much wildlife in the area. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sharks, and of course, horseshoe crabs. Recommend 100%. Bring bug (mosquito) spray - only negative. Will stay again!

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

We loved our stay at Ann's place! The views from the enclosed porch are breathtaking and we felt right at home. Ann was proactive and quick in her communication with us. We make our way out to Broadkill Beach every few years and would definitely book this place again!

We visit Rehoboth every summer., and Thierry and Teresa's property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was conveniently located by the outlets and grocery stores without having to go out the main road where it gets super congested. The property itself was beautiful and it felt like home for us. We found comfort and relaxation throughout the entire house, but the sunroom was our absolute favorite spot! We spent a lot of time in the sunroom for coffee, lunch, and dinner after a day outdoors. Our littles loved the bonus kids' room. They spent a lot of time enjoying the books provided and watching shows after a long day at the beach. The two fridges were also amazing to keep all of our drinks and food for two families. We would book Thierry and Teresa's property again!

Absolutely beautiful home with the most amazing home. Everyone felt right at home with just enough space for my friends and family. Best way to spend my birthday !

Great place! Great for family’s looking for a place close to the beach. Had all the amenities we could ever want and was super close to lots of fun places! Host was great at communication and the place was immaculately clean!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Coastal Cottage! Between the awesome sound system and the heated pool, we almost didn’t want to leave the house to check out the local bars and restaurants! Steve is an incredible host. Super friendly and made the whole check in and check out process very easy. The only thing I wish were different is that we booked a couple more days! I highly recommend this place and know for certain that we will be looking at the available dates for our future trips back to Bethany Beach!

Our stay at Bluewater Beach was perfect! The house was lovely and very comfortable. We loved having the pool in the back. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house is in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. All of the couches and chairs in the house were comfortable for hanging out, and the beds were great! We spent a good amount of time on one of the screened in porches. We all enjoyed having breakfast there. It was a perfect place to get our adult kids and SO's together for a family getaway. Doug was very responsive to all questions prior to check in and to answer q's while there.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! The pool was a fantastic addition and the location of the home is ideal.

Would recommend to anyone. Bill was great at communicating and very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The outdoor area was stunning and served as a fantastic gathering spot for our guests. Inside, everything was spotless and well-updated, and Diane was an exceptional host. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we're in the area!

I stayed at Magnolia this past Memorial Day Weekend with nine my girlfriends. We loved making breakfast in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen. The rooms were perfect and we loved the quilts that were on top of the beds. Plenty of space for us all to spread out and have some privacy. Having so many bathrooms was also a big plus. We spent a lot of time on the beach, which was a quick walk away, and Jane's outdoor shower came in handy. We didn't make any use of the grill or the extra beach supplies, but it's great to know they're there for next time. We'd love to come stay again. The large screened in back porch and the second floor deck were our favorite places to relax after a long day at the boardwalk. Thank you Jane for being so sweet and quick to respond! We loved our stay!

I’ve never walked into someone else’s home and felt immediately like it was my “happy place” until Niki’s beach home. Our two young daughters were also smitten and have already said they want to go back to the beach house. The home itself is beautiful. The location is perfection. It was so clean & well stocked. Im going to be stalking the availability calendar to go back!

I agree with the other reviewers that this was the best equipped and stunningly decorated Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Additionally Luda was very responsive with information and requests. We are seven women who have been getting together for a "girls" holiday for the past 31 years! We have been up and down the East coast and to the Pacific Northwest. The quiet neighborhood and spacious open concept living area plus comfortable bedrooms were over-the-top. The Rehoboth shopping and restaurants are near by and an easy access by bike or car. A 30 minute walk takes you to the boardwalk. We look froward to our return stay as long as Luda agrees!

We’ve stayed in many places in Bethany and Dominique’s was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. It was also one of the best stocked houses! Bath products in the bathrooms, beach towels, bikes… I could go on and on. It was so nice to have those things in a rental. She was a wonderful and kind host, always communicative and going above and beyond. House was a very easy distance to beach and all the restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend!

We spent a lovely long weekend at this home with family for a wedding. The home was exactly as described; extremely clean, welcoming and decor was beautiful. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach in addition to being close & convenient to town. The hostess was wonderful to work with; friendly and quick in responses. Work highly recommended to others and would most definitely stay here again!!

Jill's place is so cute and perfect for a weekend beach getaway! Just a short drive or Uber away from both Dewey and Rehoboth beach. The location is also in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood away from the main strip. The place was super clean and comfortable. Jill also gave us a great breakfast recommendation (the Dewey Post). We would definitely stay at Jill's place again!
