Apartamento simples, porém aconchegante, preparado com todo carinho e com estrutura completa para dias memoráveis nessa nossa terra, que tanto tem a oferecer.

The 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds with new Orthocrin mattresses, with the possibility of 1 more single mattress in each bedroom, in addition to new wardrobes! Complete living room and kitchen with sofa, TV, microwave, stove, refrigerator, blender, mixer, bottle, pots and planned cabinets! The apartment is delivered to guests with blankets and bed linens! Note: we have a large parking lot for guests in front of the apartment

Ideal for those who want to host close to the historic center in an entire place! Easy access to supermarket, gym, bus stop for UFVJM, pharmacy, hospital, in addition to being 10/15 minutes from downtown (walking). Also close to a supermarket, grocery stores, pharmacy, bakeries, bars and restaurants, it is located on a very quiet street and with a beautiful view. It's a great option for family and friends to stay in this amazing city, including the pet.

Apartment in Diamantina

The house is in great location, really close to everything you need like pharmacies, supermarkets and downtown. The environment is perfect, extremely smelling of the house, the kitchen had everything it needed, bathroom even smelter than the other environments. Really the smell of the environment highlighted and made it even more comfortable. Carol was super attentive and available. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was very comfortable. The house has all the practicalities, such as a well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, two bathrooms, a large TV room and a balcony. Showers are great. The house was delivered very clean and organized. A super positive point is that there is no musty smell in the house, a very common aspect in some historic cities. The bedding was very clean and in sufficient quantity for the stay. The location is close to the center of Diamantina, about a 10-15 minute walk. It is on a very busy street, so it requires some care to travel through it. The garage is not in the residence, but it is very close to the house. The only point of attention is that people with some mobility restrictions may have some difficulty accessing the house due to the stairs at the entrance. Nearby, we have a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy, bringing all the facilities. Our stay was great! I thank Ernane and Daiana for the reception and tips to enjoy the days.

The place was clean, photos matched the description. The apartment is nice, it is right in the historic center of Diamantina, with several bars, restaurants, churches, supermarket and pharmacies. It doesn't have air conditioning, which is usually not a problem. Unfortunately I was there during the heatwave of the last week, but they provided two fans that helped us a lot to spend the night. Would stay again.

We were delighted and extremely pleased with Larissa's apartment. Everything clean, organized. Clean linens. Larissa and her brother Matheus made our check in relaxed what was very important to us. Quiet neighborhood with gym and great bakery nearby. Apartment 10/10. We'd be back for sure!

The stay at Chalé Pequi was great. Everything was very clean and organized. Very well-kept place. Amazing trees and plants. Hostess Cleide is very kind and polite. The guardian Terra makes us feel safer. Delicious breakfast, especially the pequi bread. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very pleasant atmosphere. I loved it and want to return soon ;)
