It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.

Full renovated basement level apartment in duplex style home. Place has two bedrooms with queen beds, full kitchen with eat in dining room, living room and 3/4 bath with a walk in tile shower. If you’re booking between Memorial day and Labor Day we do accept 1 week stays but they must be booked starting on a Friday-Sunday

Lower Level private apartment located in Tri-Boji Just off West Lake Okoboji. This apartment comes with two standard bedrooms . There is a full kitchen, fridge, microwave and a gas stove and oven for your use. A Grill as also available to use just outside the front door. There is also has an Alexa enabled TV with access to Amazon prime and Netflix. A washer and dryer are also located in suite as well.
