A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Relax with the whole family at this place to stay in downtown Courtenay. The city of Courtenay is 1 hour and 10 minutes from Paris by the A6, in a quiet and pleasant environment. At your disposal are 20 hiking trails, some of which are accessible by mountain bike as well as Equestrian Centers. A market is held every Thursday and Saturday morning. The city also offers a skate park, soccer field, heated outdoor swimming pool, etc.

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
