Our villa is a detached corner unit with a private pool. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets, and it is furnished. You are protected by 24/7 security cameras from the outside. Just 850 meters (12 minutes on foot) from the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment centers. Note: 2 rooms are double rooms; one room has an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 rooms each have 2 to 4 single beds.

A CLEANING FEE OF ₺ 3000 IS CHARGED. OUR GUEST CAPACITY IN OUR VILLA IS 10 PEOPLE IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE VILLA/BELONGINGS ON THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT, THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED AFTER DEDUCTING THE ELECTRICITY USAGE. There is no heating system in the pool. It is out of service between November 1 and June 1.

Our duplex has a sea view and is only 50 m from the beach. It is very close to venues, markets and entertainment centers. It is very convenient for crowded families to stay with 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 2 bunk beds and 3 sofa beds. The duplex has a dishwasher, washing machines, iron, vacuum cleaner, television, wifi, air conditioner and all the necessary items. A peaceful complex with a private beach in Bozbük/Milas. Semi-Olympic pool, children's pool, beach, lounge chairs and umbrellas are offered to our guests free of charge. Our house has a large terrace, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also tennis, volleyball, soccer, and basketball courts as well as children's playgrounds within the complex. There is also a pool and a beach cafe.
